An incredible business. Walked in with two pairs bent/broken sunglasses, and they fixed them without any cost. I was floored with how things are in this day and age. They have my high recommendation, thank you Eyeglass World!

Very dishonest. I had a comprehensive exam, purchased glasses and contacts, and when I got home I realized I forgot to ask for the form needed to renew my drivers license. I called them back and told them I could pick up the form. I was told that i would have to make ANOTHER appointment and that ADDITIONAL tests would be needed before the form c/b completed. So the comprehensive exam didn’t include what’s necessary for me to drive safely??? !!!! This business is taking advantage of people.

I had to make a quick unscheduled appointment. The receptionist said I could come right away. My eye exam was great and I kept asking questions. The Dr spent alot of time explaining what options I could explore. Wonderful experience. Picked out a great pair of glasses and the associate had my insurance coverage ready. I had a great experience and will continue with them.

I came in on Saturday afternoon to get my glasses fixed and it was busy! Peggy did a fantastic job handling all the people coming inside, making sure everyone felt seen, and letting them know that they would be helped as soon as possible. I have been coming to this Eyeglass World location for awhile, it never disappoints

Wow, what a waste of time. Ordered 2 pair of glasses. Got one in 24 hours...and they went right back to the shop because they wouldn't focus. Second pair came in while first was in shop...and were the exact same way. Ultimately, the only thing this place did was waste 8 days of my time and make a a temporary $380 hole in my bank account until I turned their sad efforts at glasses back in for a full refund.

Dr.Nancy Guerrant and her assistant Michelle are great! Michelle is currently filling in for the technician position and is doing so admirably! I visited this Saturday and though it was clear that there were various things happening in the store, Michelle handled everything gracefully and kindly! She’s an asset to your business, as is the person who checked me out, Karen. I will come back here for my annual eye exams without hesitation!

My dog ate my glasses and I needed a quick replacement. Found that Eyeglass World could do same day glasses, and I found a pair online that I liked similar to my old ones. I work fairly far away but was able to get there about 40 minutes before closing. I didn’t want to make anyone late to leave, but William was so nice and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Turns out I was able to get 2 for 1 so I picked out an extra pair for a fun look. My glasses will be ready tomorrow and this will be my favorite place to go from now on. Someone give William a raise because he did a great job!

I hardly ever write reviews, but Eyeglass World has exceeded my expectations. From the easy-to-schedule exam with a friendly and thorough doc, to the no-pressure purchase of frames and lenses, to the quick turnaround and communicative production, to the very easy fix using the protection plan after I accidentally broke my pair, this place has been so easy to work with. Every interaction I've had has been pleasant and navigable. I will be purchasing my next pairs of glasses from this place for sure.

This place is awesome! I had a pair of broken sunglasses and brought them here. I was in and out in under 5 mins! Courtney was the one who helped me—welcomed me as soon as I walked in, very fast repair, kind, and even cleaned my sunglasses. :) Thank you all!
