Yall don't even deserve a 1 star.. but I had to give that to in oder to review ... I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE ONLINE IF IT TELLS ME FED EX IS GONNA DELIVER MY PACKAGE! AND FIRE THAT DELIVERY DRIVER JUSTIN.. HE HELD MY PACKAGE FOR 4 DAYS CAUSE HE DIDNT WANT TO COME UP MY DRIVE (MY DRIVE HAS BEEN FINE LAST 2 DAYS,PLUS WE SHARE THIS DRIVE WITH 3 OTHER HOUSES, MIND YOU) JUST FOR ME TO GET AN EMAIL OF MY PACKAGE DROPPED OF AT THE END OF MY DRIVE AN BY THE TIME I GET HOME .. NO PACKAGE. JUSTIN YOU NEED A NEW JOB SIR. THEY JUST LOST MY BUSINESS BECAUSE OF YOU. PLEASE FIND MY PACKAGE OR IM CALLING THE COPS.

Not reliable. Multiple times my package has been elsewhere. And the numbers clearly are on all the houses on our street. How do you mix up 1024 with 1015?!!! And then takes a picture of the porch with package.. that wasn’t my porch…how about taking a picture of the house number to be sure it’s the right house!!!

Sent a pic of my package at door as delivered. Too bad wasn't my door. It was from humana pharmacy too. So it's obvious driver didn't make sure at right address. I have tried for two days to tell FedEx I didn't get it. All you get are robots for customer service. I give up. If I had my choice I would use UPS always.
