I'm just curious if other customers in recent days, maybe in the past month or two, have used a debit or credit card at this location only to have some manner of random charge appear on it a day or two later, as I did when I had to pay to get my license sent overnight to me in Nashville. The charge I had on my card was for 92 dollars and change for an Uber Eats order, placed by an account holder with the first name Nanette. The location says they don't have an employee by that name, however the person I spoke with today didn't seem sure of that, and hung up on me when I tried explaining that it was a location specific issue and that I didn't need transferring to 1800fedex. Let me be clear, this is the only place that my card was insecurely handled, because I was desperate and had already left town, so while many of you will say I brought this on myself, fraud is fraud and Uber Eats will provide me more information soon. And as I said on the phone, "Nanette", I am pursuing criminal charges.

This store always goes above and beyond for print jobs. When issues of printing come up, they are patient, understanding, and help get the item you ordered correctly printed. They may be a chain store, but they treat you like a local business would.

I came in today at 5:45 and the gentlemen working were very polite and so helpful! I was unsure if my package had a prepaid label or not and was so embarrassed that I didn’t know what I was doing. They were very kind and helped me in record time! I wish I could give more than five stars.

This is one of my favorite FedEx Centers that I go to. I've always had great customer service here. It's convenient and easy to get to, with plenty of 15 minute parking spots to use. Alana was really kind and helpful. I had a box to drop off and I had a letter that I needed to send. I wasn't sure what to do for the letter and she gave me immediate guidance on what to do. The store was really clean and organized; and I loved that they had a hand sanitizing station with available masks right by the front door. All COVID restrictions were followed to the letter. Will definitely be back to this location again and again.

I just left the location and the customer service is awful. I waited behind a customer and when they competed their shipment walked up the the counter the lady walked away and said she would be back. When she came back she ask a guy employee to come help him and when he came up I gave him my phone that had a barcode and ask that he print out the label. He scanned the barcode multiple times said there must be an issue with their system and then ask me to forward the email with the barcode to him so I did. I stood and waited and then a lady walked in and the guy started helping her. Well the email came and he said did you try to print that label already? I said no bc it clearly states you can only use one option either print at home or at an office location. He said well I can’t get it to print and went back to the other customer and left me standing there. The initial lady was back at the counter at this point and said nothing until I finally said so what should I do now and the guy chuckled and said I guess you’ll have to call and get a new label. Terrible experience and awful customer service. There is a reason they have a 3 star review rating and they don’t deserve that.
