It is true that the bank is a little "old school" and could improve some of their services, especially as regards their business accounts but the people at this branch are so nice that I would rather put up with some of the inconveniences than go elsewhere. I wish they had Saturday hours but that is a minor inconvenience. The sign should be on the other side of the building too!!

Angie Hill is a wonderful, patient, intelligent woman to have as a mgr. I was scammed and defrauded. She gave me guidance, and advice I will always remember. She is always Present when meeting with you.

I have been a 5/3 client for over 30 years. About 2 years ago I switched my point of service to the Euclid branch. I have never been more pleased with my banking experience. The employees are intelligent, capable and make every effort to be helpful. Management is equally professional and available, only steps away at any time. Great people, great bank.

Worst possible bank choice ever. I am so glad that it's just my company that banks here, and that I do not have to interact with these employees on a more regular basis. Abrasive, uncaring service every single time I visit this location. And today....as it was my turn to be served, the teller who's window I stepped up to simply left her station, without saying a word. A manager had to indicate to another employee that they should probably help me. Long story short: Avoid this bank at all costs.

THE WORST BRANCH LOCATION TO DO BUSINESS WITH! Very unorganized and honestly in my opinion could care less about giving good customer service. You would think after 3 reorders of my debit card I would have it by now..but nope still waiting, and just yesterday they offered to over night it..where was this opinion 3 weeks ago? What ever you do don't order anything through them you'll be waiting months on something that's not even coming.

******* AWFUL AND HIDEOUS BANK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE****** ........THIS BRANCH ON EAST WASHINGTON STREET IS THE WORST ! .......RUN BY INCOMPETENT NASTY WHITE TRASH AND A BIG FAT UGLY NASTY INCOMPETENT BLACK FEMALE. .........I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 5TH3RD BANK TO ANY DECENT PERSON.
