Do Not do Business with 5/3! Have been banking at this location for over 15 years. Finally hit my breaking point with bad service today. Made a sizable deposit today between a few checks and cash. There was a 500 discrepancy on the cash, “possibly my fault” but the bank would not let me recount the cash. They said it was just gone in the machine and could not be recounted. Again, this was possibly an error on my part, but a bank not letting you recount your deposit? SHAMEFUL!! Fifth third has gone down hill over the years. To make things worse, the manager, Tammy L Fox was down right condescending while speaking to me. Pathetic management.

The gentleman up front is excellent! He helped me cash a complicated bond. A big thank you!

It's so big not to be a sussy Baka but it's just a big blue building that's fat and it's so tall I can see from miles away daddy

HORRIBLE experience. My buyer had a closing scheduled and the day of we were told it wasn’t happening that day. (Why was it even scheduled if the loan wasn’t done is VERY concerning and not normal practice typically). Every day since then has been an excuse after an excuse with no real answers. It’s been 8 weeks they’ve had the contract and we still aren’t closed. The manager never returns calls and there are several other families that needed to close on their homes after this one that are all now being impacted financially by this horrible experience with Fifth Third. It’s clear they do not need or want any business.

Ms. Kasey Riley is ALWAYS a fantastic teller and representative of the bank for the downtown branch.

Why can I not choose my own denominations at this atm?! Went across the street to Bank of America and gladly paid the $3 fee

Your slogan is pure comedy for how bad this bank is. Customer service at it's absolute worst! In the few weeks I've been banking with you, I have been inconvenienced enough for a lifetime!

They have multiple times withdrawn money from the wrong account at my request. Including one time when they attempted to withdraw money from my Attorney Trust Account (client money account) incorrectly. I do not trust them with my money and the customer service is poor.

It's a regional bank that has antiquated infrastructure and poor online/phone support. I wouldn't go here again as long as there was somewhere else to keep my money.

i am intrigued by the name of this bank. what does it refer to? i get to thinking it might be refering to some people who are 5'3" which is very odd obviously. people who grew up experienced childhood in the 1960s were exposed to subliminal messages that were undeniable. i met a friend who was 5'3" and realized that we had something in common where other people might be a little different. i am turning to hopes for anarchy because this doesn't make sense. we have jobs that are really easy to get. also google reviews can loosen up and be more expressive. there is no incentive to be good now because google stopped the free gifts and invitation to google headquarters for good reviews. i am so bored with people i have to do this. i am listening to todd lungren's think of me hello its me ive thought about us for a long long time on youtube. i have been to 47 states and internationally. my cousin and mom are 5'2" they are uptight and try to act really fake smart. i will review places in my cousin's town to really piss them off. maybe i should piss off other people on google reviews. people are being social engineered. i am puzzled by this 5th 3rd bank. what is the meaning? a guy i met was born in 1978 and me in 1976. so that could mean 5th grade and 3rd grade. i dont know the full history of bank 5th 3rd. it could have sprang up. this person of interest could have had certain connections. looked kind of like a colonial age revoluntionary war soldier. i know there are some really influential people out there. right now i am wondering how i got myself into the current situation. also this bank has alot of floors. i dont really know what they do in that building. i just found out i need to get on yaesu fusion the ft60 is the model to get. i am really looking forward to hearing conversations from afar. i am stuck in new england for the time being. i hope i can relocate to lexington. i had to go to jail being falsely accused of theft at walmart. i dont stick up for myself enough. i am interested in lexington. i have to go to the historical society in newport ri to look up my army friends. those are people that dont put up with people,,its not normal for them for people to be the way they are. i cant figure out how to do websites anymore. i think we dont really need to keep clicking to the next page. i cant figure out how to manage the control panel with multiple domain names. i will just use anchor tags and its faster to read and scroll. i am bored and need to call godaddy. maybe i will call this bank. there are lots of subliminal messages. at least i am not boring. i am tring to fill up this post. the google points dont count anymore. we dont have to be boring anymore out of anticipation to get some kind of reward like testing google products that was offered last year. i am also reminded of the logo the 3 looks like a B. that is a metaphor. i hope i can really hit it off with someone out there. i lived in a small town in texas and became friends with some deputies at the sheriff department. one deputy who was like the quarterback asked me how have you been 'stranger' it was really funny. people here cant be funny. you just saw them a few hours ago and they ask how you are doing. they have no personality. i am becoming intolerant of what i am seeing out there. i think some people could be cloned in order to help out. im tired of people who just follow everything that doesnt really make sense. might as well describe more things rather than just i go to this bank

Fifth Third is by far the worst bank I've worked with. Horrible customer service, and they charge a fee for practically everything. I'll never bank with them again

This location creeps me out to be honest. It is located down town under the big blue 5 beacon that shines over Lexington. I use to use it to find my way around town when i got lost. I have recently used their scary drive thru in the bottom floor of the parking garage beside the facility. I am so not a fan. When you pull up to the long a** tube that leads to no where, a voice and a distorted face pops into a video feed that apparently has a Fish eye lens. So odd. So creepy. Makes me dizzy just looking at the video screen. I kind of avoid this place as much as possible. So Frankly Jim....I don't like it. That is all.
