They closed nicholasville location..The atm rarelu will work properly to accept a check and sometimes wont accept cash deposits. I have to drive to another county to even use my bank. Seems they dont cate about their jessamine county customers to me

I've visited this location mostly after hours. It's located by a busy shopping center on a very commercialized street. Perfect location to grab some cash on your way to an event, restaurant, or shopping trip.

Staff is very helpful at first. If you run into a problem they are very quick to dismiss you. You can tell that they work off of some type of pointing system or commission to open new accounts. After that account is open don’t count on any help. Customer service is horrible. I have waited for a bank card for over a week. It has got canceled twice and sent back out not at my request. But because the person on the phone thought that it would be best. Do your homework before opening up a bank account. The app never works. The online version is always crashing. Worst banking I have ever encountered in my life. Update: my personal banker call to touch base about my survey. I gave them three stars for his effort. We’ll see how this goes in the future. Hopefully I don’t run into any more problems. I’m impressed that they actually look at their reviews and surveys. I know it’s procedure to call anyone with a low review. But I am impressed with the company for putting this in place.

So I went to the fifth third bank on Nicholasville Road and it took forever to resolve A problem which was on their part I cashed a check and I wanted it to go into two different accounts one with a prepaid one was a regular checking instead of them informing me of what they were trying to do they never said anything so I’m just sitting in line for over 15 minutes total timeThere was no feedback or anything.. My hairstylist out to them in order to get a reply back

Ive canceled my business account due to their poor customer service. I was wanting to cash a check but the lady named Breanna didn't even attempt to help me at all. Didn't even ask me if I had express banking. so I asked if I could just cancel my account and she didn't even hesitate in doing it. didn't ask why or nothing. What a bad experience.

The bank appeared to be okay unless you want to do online banking. internet banking was not user-friendly, they had their own logic, navigation was absolutely not intuitive. Other than online banking, I think it's a decent place.

I would take the negative reviews here with a grain of salt. Say whatever you will about Fifth Third as a company, but this place is awesome. Specifically Clay, he's the man. Exceptional level of care provided here. I got set up with a debit card and my very first credit card here with no trouble at all. I travel a lot internationally and they even have reasonable rates for international transactions, especially for a relatively small banking company

Excellent Customer Service, always prompt and courteous! I love this branch! It's where I opened my account many years ago since it was literally a block away, can't get more convenient that that! Whether, I use the drive through or walk-in, I am always greeted so promptly and advised they will be with me momentarily if there is a small wait. I give their customer service 110%, Thank you kind folk's at Fifth Third Bank, Keep up the excellent work!

Ever since I opened an account at this bank I have had nothing but trouble. I got scammed and the bank refused to work with me and told me I was going to have to pay everything that I lost.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Every employee you deal with either has not been trained properly or is belligerent and hateful. The office I work at banks with them. The treatment has been going on for over a year and after several undeserved chances, we've made the decision to switch banks. When we bring in deposits (usually we bring in several at a time), we are given an extremely hard time about the amount of petty cash they have to give us back (which usually totals under $50 for all deposits combined). They recently started saying that we can't come through the drive through so that they can "keep it clear". Both times we've been told that, there has not been one single other car in any of the drive through lanes. We have asked for managers twice (once by phone after a woman was incredibly rude to me about six months ago and once today while another employee was in the bank) and been told that the manager "is not there". Since we clearly can't report bad service to the bank itself, I'm reporting it here so that they can maybe take this experience and improve their treatment of other human beings.
