This location is excellent! I called them because I needed paystubs for Medicare. They had them ready when I came by! They also helped me when my debit card wasn't working at Kroger.

This branch was very rude over the phone. I gave a pre-approved check to a car dealer in town and the bank rejected the check because the date was not on this check. But the check had the issued date that the check was written and expiration date on it.I called to talk to the manager and was very rude and would keep interrupting me when I would try to speak. And even though everything on my and end was done properly he told me that I had to get a new check. Which means I will have to take off work for 6 hours due to where I'm located. I have spoken to my bank and multiple other banks to make sure I was not wrong and to verify the check was done properly.

They get no stars...my husband and I went in there to open a bank account and they were RUDE!! One lady said she had already opened enough accounts with people that she didnt have time and the other guy wouldnt even talk to us. Definitely will not be going back to this bank.

I wouldn't EVER consider banking with 5/3 bank again. We had closed all our accounts with them and 2 months later, my husband's retirement $ came in. One of the account management opened an account with my husband's money (even tho we'd closed our accounts and changed banks 2 months earlier!)We were not informed of her actions. When he was checking on his retirement funds, he stumbled upon what this woman had done and then had to FIGHT to get HIS RETIREMENT FUNDS RELEASED FROM THE BANK!!! How jacked up is that? Crazy!!!

My girlfriend and I went to make a deposit with one of the tellers. My girlfriend swears that she counted out $160 and put it in the tube to send inside (in 20’s). It certainly looked like more than the $100 that was on her receipt. While I did not count the money myself, all the female teller did when we asked her was reply “no ma’am, I only have 5 20’s here.” My girlfriend is positive she counted correctly, and feels she was shorted. I am leaving the bad review for the lack of effort to assure my girlfriend that she actually only gave her 5 20’s. I also have a hard time believing that she miscounted that badly... wish the bank would have helped us out more.

This has been my bank for years. However, it's been a while since I've visited inside this location. I was greeted upon my arrival into the lobby and the bank teller was friendly and engaged in interesting conversation. He made the experience pleasant. All-in-all a good trip to exchange rolls of coins.

First no one will answer the phone, 2nd absolutely ridiculous fees to deposit a check!! My mistake for not really reading all the information about this bank but now I know & will go somewhere else & the lady that was my teller yesterday could not have been more rude & cared less that I was unhappy with the bank!! Didn't want to give 1 star deserves 0

It feels like a depression with the skelaton crew and being second in line yet takes 15 minutes to bank. They were very friendly though.

Would give them zero if I could. One person working the drive through and inside on a Monday morning? Absolutely ridiculous. 20 mins for a simple deposit. Bank somewhere else.
