We were stranded in Lexington on a Sunday preparing to leave for home in Michigan when we discovered a flat tire. As I knew I couldn't drive home with the spare so I removed rim and tire and took them to Firestone. The sales guy, Zach and Austin found a perfect replacement. We went back to our friends home, mounted the spare and went back to the store. Chandler got the new tire mounted and installed and were on our way. Firestone's are respected business but the additional value of a business is it's people. Thanks guys!

Was able to call and they immediately fit me in same day. I was right next door at Culvers. The desk guy at Firestone was amazing! Great spirit! Was done in 20 mins. I waited longer for my Culver's than I did for a last minute tire change! Great job guys!

Very bad experience with appointment. When they sold the tires to me they told me that tire rotation and alignment are very if I pay for lifetime warranty and I paid around $200 for the service I don’t remember the exact amount.
I called the center for the service and they said bring it now on the phone. Once I reach out at the location they said I have to wait for couple of hours or come back at 2 PM.
I came back at 2 PM and still waiting for them to start working on it. But the problem is also the attendant tried to charge me $52.00 to check it for tire rotation and alignment.
Now I don’t understand is that free service they charged for around $200 or every time I have to pay for the service I paid for lifetime.

Great service! Had an issue with a tire sensor and Luke was able to take care of me. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended this location.

Why are you calling me David? That is not my name! I was told my tires are wearing uneven so I did the expensive front end alignment, I don't see anything wrong with my tires. Guess just trying to give it ro the woman to make more money! I would give a zero if I could.

My car had been having alignment issues for a while, got it looked at at other places and the problems persisted. Took it here, instantly found the problem, recommended a fix, and my car drives like new. Absolutely would give 10 stars if I could, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Definitely had a great experience at this store thanks to Zack and Cory. We have a pilot car business and need to make sure our work truck is 100% road Worthy and safe. They did a great inspection and gave us options on what needed fixed and we had them do the work. They showed us the parts that needed replacement and explained why. Cory I think was the name of the mechanic and I would definitely ask for him because he an older fellow with great experience and did a quality job for us. From the front counter to the shop staff we was treated with respect and a caring nature . The manager did a great job with quality control and thanks for the great experience. It was a great price for all the work that was done. We appreciate all of your hard work.
