Took my truck into the shop in Lexington and they confirmed I needed a new transmission. I told them to order one and gave them a deposit they said they would have the transmission ready to install Tuesday I never received a call from them so I called them and ask when would the transmission be in they said maybe tomorrow so I waited they never called so I called them and guess what they said should be here tomorrow. So I told them to cancel the transmission and I would just go somewhere else to get one and asked them to just return my deposit of $1030.00 well you would know it they only refunded me $841.00. Had to pay them almost $200.00 to tell me the transmission was going out but I already knew that. I told the service manager just a phone call to customers to keep them updated on things goes a long ways

The guys at Fleet Doc were able to get my vehicle in right away, which was great because I was in town visiting my son and we were leaving the following day. They completed all the repairs in a few hours.

I've been taking my 2020 Mazda CX5 to Fleet Doc for maintenance and repairs since I bought it in 2020. I always have a good experience. The staff are friendly, honest, competent, and professional. It costs money to keep a car in excellent condition but it is money I don't mind spending at Fleet Doc.
