Their banking is quite terrible with tons of regulations. They put a hold on everything for days and sometimes weeks so you don't even have access to your funds. Deposited a rent check from a tenant who wrote the check from her Chase bank account, and they put a hold on it saying that Chase doesn't verify? Chase is the biggest bank in America!

This bank has charged me multiple overdraft fees. It is impossible to transfer money out of an account with a negative balance. I have a business and personal account with them. One had a negative balance of $6 I transferred money from the other to fix the negative balance. They took the money from the account already in the negative and charged me a $35 overdraft fee. How does this work. I have requested several times for it to be corrected and no one will get back with me to fix it. I own a business negative reviews are awful. This was a last resort I've been trying to deal with this for months as this is about the 3rd time this has happened. They will not help.

I had the worst experience at the Tate's creek branch. I wish I'd paid attention to her name but I guess my attention was drawn to her smug facial expression and lack of knowledge. She worked on this day, 3/10/18, she has short dark hair, older lady with a foreign accent. Absolutely the most impolite lady I've ever dealt with. Has no clue how to do her job. Thankfully, the other branch did and I was able to get on with my day despite having to go out of my way to another branch because of her stupidity. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone and I'm currently in the process of having my family business switch banks.
