The store is always messy and it's really hard to find something good while on the website there is good stuff but when I go to the store I can never buy anything!

I love the clothes at Forever 21 but a couple of days ago I went to change clothes and there was a lady who supposedly knows more about the store and she looked like she was high because you could see it in her eyes, they were red and her haggard face took me away. the clothes, then some people came to pay to which she told them that sometimes the customers are very annoying and we have to serve them in front of me, she said it, I didn't tell her anything to be able to report this to the owner of the store and never return so as not to run into these types of people.

Ordered a package and on their website it had my address but on fedex’s website they gave them the wrong address. Now they say it will take two weeks to do an investigation. They gave our package away to someone else. I will never shop from them again.

I'm not sure my family has explored Forever 21 other than to purchase a gift card, and today we came in to check out their men's wear. Some items were on sale, but we found good finds on clearance - shorts, shirts and jeans. Thankfully their dressing rooms were open and no wait. (Clearance items are apparently final sale)No issue with browsing racks. The store was clean and organized. We didn't bump into any sales associates while shopping but we got through checkout quickly.

It's okay! It's just very unorganized and clothes everywhere so it kinda makes it hard to find your size but every time i shop i do receive friendly service so i over look that!

We shop here for the men’s clothing. Very stylish clothes. My son wears 34 in length and their pants fit him great. I only wish they had a bigger selection for men.

Clothes racks are so unorganized. After looking through every rack, my friend finally found a dress but couldn't try it on because the fitting rooms were closed_Again. I only bought some candy.
