Every few days, I was updated on the status of my vehicle. They went out of their way to deliver my vehicle to my address, and I drove the Caliber Collision employee back to the shop. Terry and Noah, the staff, and the technicians were PHENOMENAL!!

Justin was wonderful to work with. He kept me informed about my car's repairs the whole way through. They worked with me and Tire Discounters to get new tires on my car while it was getting worked on, and I still had a rental. All around a great, and easy experience.
