My daughter bought multiple dresses to wear to graduation, and wanted to try them on with her cap and gown before she decided which she wanted to keep. When she came in to return the dress, she was shamed by the sales lady. She said “this is why you need to try things on, I hate returns”. I work in retail and understand that returns can hurt a stores sales- but never have an openly shamed a customer for returning an item. Extremely disappointing.

Very unprofessional customer service by store associate. The woman was upset that I returned my online order. Kept mentioning it and making me feel bad about her not reaching her quota. I never once saw her get up to help customers or encourage sales. From when I got there, tried clothes on and looked around, to the point of my return. I was extremely uncomfortable. It makes me not want to purchase from the company at all knowing if I need to return something I'll be chastised in store.

We made the mistake of going in there and bought some dresses. The woman working the store was extremely rude and looked exasperated that there were people shopping in her store. I guess she was very inconvenienced by our presence and kept giving us dirty looks as we were trying to give her money. She was also very peculiar about her dollar store hangers and asked me in a very hostile way to get them from the dressing room as I was at the cash register with my many purchases. It won’t happen again and I would not recommend anyone else to go in there either. 1 star because there was not a zero star option.

Stopped in to browse the jewerly, the two associates working, one young girl with blonde hair and one older lady completely ignored me and were more interested in talking to each other.

TERRIBLE service. Stopped in at 7:30pm and lady who was working was SEVERELY rude with us. Never asked if we needed any help or what we were looking for. Walked up very rudely and said “Dressing room is open for 15 minutes, you’ll need to be out by then because we are closing”.
Stared at us the entire time we were shopping. Highly don’t recommend, just simply due to the way we were treated in the store.

Wendy and Cassie were the absolute best, they helped me pick out so many options for dresses and they made me feel so confident! Such a pleasant staff!

I’ve tried to write off my negative experiences at this location because I truly love the company and their clothing. Today however, was my final straw. On previous visits, I have never EVER been greeted by an associate or asked if I needed help…even when I was the only one in the store. The associates always glare or just watch as you walk around the store, and are CONSTANTLY on their phones. The second to last time I visited was the Saturday before Christmas so there were quite a few people in the store. The girl at register was watching the Chiefs vs. Texans game on her phone the entire time I was in there and I had to get her attention off the game in order for her to check me out. Lastly, at my visit today, there were three young ladies working the store, one of which I believe was a manager. We walked in and were not greeted, and there were also several other customers in the store that were never acknowledged the entire time I was in there (approx. 30 minutes). The three associates were huddled at the register gossiping and looking at their phones. One girl was sitting on the counter as I walked up to check out and had to wait for her to notice and jump off. It took two of them to check us out, and halfway through one of the girls yelled out “OMG I have to show you this dress on my phone!” and left the register with whom I assume is the manager and were tucked in the corner looking at the girl’s phone. As someone who has worked for years in retail, I know none of this is appropriate. How they are allowed phones while on the sales floor let alone have them out right in front of customers is beyond me. To the manager - you need to set a better example because they’re clearly learning that behavior from somewhere.

Very rude store employee. Did not greet us and then all of the sudden brashly questioned if I had brought a piece of clothing in my hand from home, which I had. Went in to make a return to something I bought online and apparently the online store and in person stores are in no way connected so it was a very big ordeal and the employee made it very clear from the moment we walked in the store that it was going to be an annoyance to return this piece of clothing. The employee tried several times to make the return with no success and i appreciate the trying but ultimately called the corporate number and all call center employees we’re preoccupied and the employee just got frustrated and sent us away in a rude manner, which I said i didn’t mind to figure out how to do it myself at home but I could have done without the attitude. Lesson learned on shopping online versus in store.

Went there and paid with a $100 bill...you'd think I walked in with gold bars.The lady (Cassandra) ringing us up initially didn't want to accept it since its "SUCH A BIG BILL". She finally took it, but complained the whole time, trying to make us feel horrible for giving her CASH at a store in the mall. Complaints go to your boss, not to your customer. If your life sucks that much, you really shouldn't work with the public.

Everyone here was so friendly! I grabbed a couple things I didn't really need, but just couldn't walk away from! They have cosmetics, jewelry, clothes, and gifts! Will definitely will be coming back to this adorable little shop

Let me tell you, I was desperate for a Keeneland outfit (had less than an hour to be there) and the sales associate, Brooklyn, did the worlds work and whipped up a gorgeous outfit through all my tears and frustrations that fit my figure perfectly. 100% would recommend not only this brand but this particular store!! ?

You can always find some unique pieces here. I love the earring choices especially - wish they had more cool colors, i.e. silvers as opposed to golds.
