“I have nothing but great things to say about this family/team. We came to them needing a full package service, and they went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we needed. This was such a great location for a smaller service, and was amazingly affordable. This is a family well-established in multiple areas in Lexington and surrounding counties, which gave me solace that they were going to take wonderful care of our family's situation. Additionally, they are a full-package service (funeral, cremation, crematory, and help with headstones too), so I'm looking forward to working with them on a headstone in the near future. I would 10/10 recommend them all day long. Their customer service is amazing, and their expertise and professionalism is unmatched. “I love Tender Heart I've taken all my pets there he price is a bit high but worth it i guess...I'm giving 4 stars because the new owners should have hours 7 days a week pets don't have set schedules on when they will cross the rainbow bridge and because of this I had to take my pet to someone else”
