This was an easy car buying experience. Transparent sales and finance team. Online signing of documents was a breeze. I'm out of state and delivery of the vehicle along with trade-in was done directly to my doorstep. Polite, easy, efficient. Very happy

This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesman, the manager, the finance guy, everyone went above and beyond to help me out and not be pushy and get me the best deal out there. I would recommend this dealership and the people to anyone who asked and even to people who don’t ask. If I hated dodge, ram, jeep, or Chrysler I would still consider buying from here just because the experience was so good!

I visited the service center for an oil change and tire rotation. They were quick and professional. I received text updates and photos of their progress. They also provided an easy-to-read report on my vehicle, detailing if/where other work may be needed. I was very satisfied with their service.

I can't recommend this dealership enough!!! I had the best and easiest experience working with them, personally with Ross (Christopher) Stocker, to purchase my used Kia Carnival. I reached out on a Friday and within a week I walked out of the dealership as a first time Kia owner. Ross was quickly responsive to my first initial contact, and every contact after, such as text, email, and calls. There was no hassle. Any issues that I had regarding the actual vehicle he fixed them, above more than I asked. It was simple fixes, but the ease and quickness that was delivered was greatly appreciated. I drove in from Louisville to purchase the car, and they even allowed my personal mechanic to inspect the vehicle before I purchased. This dealership was very accommodating with me using a letter of credit from my credit union. Even when working with Heath in the finance department, that went smoothly. I have no complaints, only praise for this dealership. Out of the three cars I have purchased in life, this experience by far was the best! No hassle, very responsive, friendly, accommodating, and quick process the day of purchase, would cause me to use them again if I had to BUT to definitely recommend them. Thanks so much Ross, you have been AMAZING!

I bought a great vehicle! The process was smooth. I was told that I would get a full tank of gas and they were going to detail the vehicle. Not sure who did the detailing, but that left a little to be desired. They left trash in the jeep. I also did not get a full tank of gas. However, I got a GREAT vehicle! They had a better vehicle at a cheaper price then the other similar vehicles I tested at other dealerships. I am extremely happy over all! The guys who worked with me were awesome!

My experience was very positive as I was looking for a used vehicle with low mileage, great condition, reasonable price and preferably a van. Every effort was given to help me find the right vehicle within my price range. I am very happy to say that I came away with a vehicle that met all of my qualifications. Hard a great experience with Freedom today. Walked in off the street and got just the van we wanted. Steve, the manager, was extremely dedicated to his work and employees and went above and beyond to take care of us and show his appreciation for our purchase. It is ALWAYS a pleasure working with Freedom! I have purchased my last 2 cars there within the last 5-ish years, and I just trusted that for my next one I would be going back. Caleb S. made the process for my husband and I smooth and easy! We came in wanting to look at one thing but ended up on the complete opposite side of the lot - he was so patient with us and did it all with a smile!Super nice salesman and he at no point made us feel rushed or pressured to buy anything.We will continue to give them our business in the future!

If I could give the service department 0 stars I would. My daughter is a freshman at the University of Kentucky and she brought her Jeep Patriot in to have the rear driver window fixed, charged 160 for the diagnostic(fine) and they came back with a bill of over 1000 saying her light by the license plate was bad and that was a 100 and then she needed a in cabin air filter for 60 and the list went on and on? Mind you she is a freshman from out of state, to make matters worse they didn’t even bother to put the filter back in after she denied all of the work oh and to change the regulator it would have been over $750 when a local glass shop would have done it for 160 all in but I told her to use the Jeep dealership for the quality of work and guarantee lesson learned, I have never been treated this poorly at any other shop they were all rude she couldn’t even find her keys when she went to pickup the vehicle. We will never come back to this shop and I will be sharing this experience with groups on Facebook whose kids are also at the University. They thought they could treat her this way because she is a kid and a female well they were mistaken because she didn’t fall for it. I would love to talk to a manager or even someone in corporate who needs to know how bad this place truly is ?

Mid week issues with my 2013 Dodge Dart lead me to the dealership. My gears stopped changing and I was stuck manually shifting from under the hood with 2 young children in the car. David (used car service area) and Jacob (auto service area) went above and beyond to get the car, serviced. Turned out it was an old recall issue and the fix was done and we were on the road in time to make it home to Richmond for the fair. Both of these men were great in a stressful situation. David did not hesitate to help and for sure saved our adventures for the day from continuing to head south. Thank you for being in the community and being at work this day to make a difference.

Lie after lie to get us to buy this vehicle. Had to put in a new coil pack, a few days after buying this van. Tried calling them the day after purchase and they told me that they would call me back. Still no call from them and it’s almost 2 weeks later. They told me to write a check and post date it and they would cash it “next week.” Cashed it the next day. Can’t believe a thing they say. I have been treated terribly. There is no way this van was inspected before they put it up for sale. Obviously, their reputation doesn’t matter to them. Terrible customer service. No customer service at all! They sell and then avoid. Also told us it would be 45 days before the first payment was due. After the signing, they contradicted themselves, again. Their excuse was that if we used the grace period it was 45 days. Who wants to use a grace period, especially when you are establishing credit with a new creditor?

absolutely the worse car dealership I've ever bought from they lie from the start and the salesman is the worse don't buy from Caleb storey and the lot manager isn't any better he won't return calls are even offer to resolve the problem then they have Brandon buhelur call and is suppose to be helping and is very nice but never calls back after two weeks still no title they didn't even transfer the truck in to my name and it's been thfee months stay away from Glenn freedom no business is suppose to lie and not take care of there customers

I am a little upset. I have been here two hours for an oil change. I had an appointment. 2:20 minutes later I go to check. Maam we do don't have oil filter it has been ordered. Meanwhile there is a auto zone right next door. I'm here 3 hours later I guess the filter isn't working. I can't leave because there is no oil filter on. Didn't you know I was coming from the appointment made 1 week ago? I'm confused. Then the fact that other employees are setting around gossiping ok I need to end they reday
