This was my first time at this Goodwill location and it had an AMAZING selection of clothing and shoes, and I walked out buying more at this Goodwill than I ever do at other locations. Very friendly staff

Rudest employees I have ever seen at a goodwill. We were trying to shop the movie section and an employee reaches in front of where my wife is looking to start putting stuff there. No excuse me, no sorry, no nothing. If you don’t want your personal space invaded when you’re trying to browse then don’t come here

of all the goodwill in town, this one has the lest selection. I had been to this one a few times, and they never had anything I was half way interested in looking at.. Oh well...

I want to bring an excellent employee to your attention. Stu (sp?) has helped me several times at the Boston Road location. He is appropriately friendly and genuine and very helpful. Thanks Stu!

This store always has a wide variety of cookware, electronics, toys and games, and occasionally a rare random find. Staff is always friendly and helpful

Nicer and cleaner than most Lexington stores. I’ve been here 2x in last 2 weeks. Nice area of town , Kroger and Chinese restaurant nearby that was good!

Out of control with pricing. Battery powered fan that would not turn on after charging and missing pieces was marked 4.99. Cashier claimed the tag was missing the other "4" and was really 44.99. Was questioning it at 5 bucks but wow. He had to get 2" away from the tag to see that you could barely see a ghosted image of part of a 4. Rest of tag was very bold print. Seems like they could afford a pricing gun that works with what is being charged. And before i get the generic "supporting the community BS", your employees should be driving Cadillacs if they get paid from the profits.

I'm was a regular at this GW and that ended today. The so called assistant manager that was from another GW that was just "Helping Out" was rude and extremely unprofessional. This stores regular staff has always been wonderful, but this girl was absolutely horrible! I feel sorry for anyone else that has to deal with her!

There was a lot of really cool stuff that i would have bought but was just a bit to pricey for me o feel like if these items would have been at my local goodwill they would have been cheaper other than that it was a nice experience.

Although a decent store I can never take my children or shop in the decor section due to the loud vulgar music I hear coming from the backroom. I've been to many goodwills and have never experienced such lack of work decency. I'd highly recommend another goodwill nearby that actually has appropriate retail behavior.

Pricing has gotten ridiculous in the last year or so, rarely following the pricing guide on the Goodwill website. They're putting top dollar eBay asking prices (not sold for prices) on nearly everything, not even in a reasonable ballpark for many of the items being sold. You're supposed to be a thrift store. You're taking free, donated stuff and putting above retail, crazy asking prices that popped up on a Google search, then have the audacity to ask for a donation at every check out.
