The black older guy that work in there now watched a man steal and didn't say a word. I was close by watching the whole thing but he was too busy on his phone talking about it but didn't notice me. Please hire better employees

I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness, amount of staff there to help and prices since my Goodwill has lost their minds on the pricing of the donated goods they get free. However, I found a hanger in the hangers section. It's a weird one, avery niche item that I needed and wanted. I know when something isn't priced, you have to wait for someone to take it back to the back and have it repriced. I had no problem with that, especially since I wanted it. I waited around for the cashier to finish checking other people out and talk about mount shasta for ten minutes. I watched four other workers walking around. One woman asked me if I needed help. I, then, explained to her what I was waiting on and not once did she offer to go do it for me until her coworker said something. This man had the nerve to make me wait like he did, then take it back to be repriced. Then with a straight face when he came to regiater for me to finally check out and leave, he tells me it was $2 but it got stuck back in a restock cart and I would have to either go find it myself or wait for it to be restocked. Are you insane? After all yhe time I was standing there you neglected to tell me the kicker? Totally ridiculous. If I hadn't have found another niche item I have been looking for I would have told them to shove it and they could put all my items back. But that's why they act that way because they know people will shop any.way. you have got to be kidding me. Goodwill for sure not winning any customer service awards.

Didn't buy anything. They had nice items, but it is very small. The toys are up high and it's hard to reach them. My 7 year old son couldn't reach them and was sad he couldn't shop

Quite a bit of selection of a variety of items. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Mrs. Shot down my shirt selections. I did find a CD of house music for cheap.

It’s spread all over Lexington and that’s the overpricing of donated items. It used to be affordable and customers could find nice clothes shoes, coats, home decor and more. Now it seems someone is picking out all the valuable things and leaving the rest which is marked way up and it’s disappointing. I’d say the employees are frustrated with usually not having enough help to run a store by themselves or not being paid enough. Will not be back. Goodwill is a joke.

Found a glass cake plate I liked. it was nothing special. But it had a big chip on the side and they still had $14 on it! I don’t think so!! That’s just crazy!When something like that is broken, you’re just hoping somebody will give you a little bit for it so it doesn’t have to be thrown away. But that was outrageous.
