I went in yesterday excited for a new hair cute feminine pixie cut and came out in TEARS!! The first person that cut my hair messed up the left side of my head it was shorter and looked chopped. So I spoke with manager and she said she would fix it to where it looked good. I TRUSTED her...BAD mistake!!! She cut my hair so short, it's like a guys hair cut, and now looks like I have a tuepe on top my head. It looks like I tried to cut my own hair. I am HORRIFIED!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location especially if you are a WOMAN they don't seem to know how to cut anything but mens hair.

Been going here years and you expect to have a bad hair cut every once in a while but let me say im tired of the lack of professionalism and care this hamburg location denies. Everyone is in a pissy mood half the time especially the manager, and lately almost every person cutting hair is horrible and I got receipts to prove it. Yall can't even cut a straight line on a tape up. Your staff didn't show the back because they are dishonest and lazy. I wouldn't have paid for this piece of garbage if I knew about it. Step your game up this is ridiculous.

Went yesterday, got a traditional faded haircut, the lady took me in, cut my hair, but left sooo much long hairs, plus did not do as I asked, she rushed me out of the chair. They take ya straight in, but botch your hair and rush you out, very poor customer service, the staff talk wayyyy to much personal bathroom business, not clean. Crappy haircut. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GREAT CLIPS!

Went to the one off Richmond Road behind the burned up Rallys. Paid what they charge for a haircut ($17.00); walked out of there with my hair chopped up every whicha way. I got what I paid for. Ugh!
Requested style: Asked to have my hair layered and about an inch trimmed off.
