Ive been coming to the Hamburg location every couple months for almost 2 years now and it is always a pleasure going. The entire staff is very professional. They know your name and are very welcoming. I’ve had my haircut done by every stylist on staff and never been disappointed. Chris cut my hair today and did a fantastic job as usual. I would recommend this location to anyone over any other place in Lexington.

Booked 3 men for the appointment, father, son, and friend only to find out when we got there they would only do two because they were busy, so my appointment got dropped because they said we should have only listed 2. They need to update their online site to only take up to two so customers are not treated horrible like we did something wrong

Been going here for almost 10 years. Will not go back after watching 2 stylists take 2 people back that came in after me (and no they did not sign in online because I heard them ask when they came in) and I had already been waiting over 15 minutes!

It's close to me, and if you sign in online, there isn't much waiting. My haircut needs are straightforward, so I've had no problems. There's a lot of turnover, but the cutters have always been friendly. I get a senior discount too!

Super fast service, my hair stylist (I think her name was Kim?) gave me a fade cut in less than 10 mins. I highly recommend you book an appointment online though to avoid the long wait in store.
