I only had to wait 15 minutes to get my haircut. The stylist was friendly and did a good job. As a Veteran I appreciate great clips since they give us a coupon for a free haircut on Veterans day.

I had a wonderful experience with Mrs. Rogers when she approached me with a warm smile. She handed me her business card, which had her name on it, and she was so eager to help with anything I needed. I truly feel fortunate to have had such a positive experience at this place. I highly recommend it.

I haven't gotten my hair cut in years. So I don't know but should it be the same length? It was all fizz from not being wet while comb and cut. I didn't notice until I got home. She was nice but I ended up actually cutting my hair myself after I paid for a haircut

A horrible experience for my daughters first cut.. my husband went in around 10 am on 08/08 for my daughters hair cut. The woman cutting her hair was irritated my daughter wasn’t fully cooperating and it was uneven so my husband asked her twice to fix it and she replied with, “I’ve already cut it twice you need to tell me how many inches”. When she could have just cut her hair and made my daughter more comfortable with the experience. My four year old came home crying because of how this lady treated her. $16 for someone to be mean to my child? NEVER AGAIN!

Went in at 530 with my 7 year old granddaughter and they stare at each otherasking if they knew how to braid. Ridiculous that they couldn't accommodate us. Didn't they go to beauty school like every other salon?!?!!! Never going back here. Plus they refused to wash her hair.

Requested style: I showed Nell a picture. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted.

I have been going to this Great Clips for20++ years and have ALWAYS been Pleased! Of Course you have to consider that my cut is the Easiest in the World. I get it cut short, which is even less difficult than shaving my head. For the 1st 10-12 years I had the same person, Sandy, cut my hair when it was a little harder. That was when I had a bit more. She up and moved to California where coincidentally the Aunt that she resembles also lives. Who does that!? I was stationed in Cali and wouldn't want to live there unless I was Paid well, and in San Diego area. After Sandy I have not been picky about who cuts it, But still haven't had a BAD cut. The Girls are Always pleasant, and some are more talkative than others. (I don't mind Silence sometimes.). All of them have done a good job!! Too numerous to name them all although a couple do stand out in my mind. If they weren't always nice and inviting I would probably go to a Private Owned Barbershop
