Yesterday Monday I recommended to my cousin and her friend to go get a haircut since I went on Sunday at 4pm and the person who attended me made a beautiful cut, but yesterday Monday I scheduled an appointment in the name of Sarin my cousin at 4:40pm and what a bad experience my cousin and her friend had, the person who attended them white with red hair was very rude from the beginning because it was almost time to close and had a bad attitude and cut their hair so badly that she didn't even put water for the cut, don't go to this place and even with the red-haired one, I don't know her name but they should fire that person

Horrible. Worst haircut of my life. First, everything was going smoothly. The staff were nice, and the haircut was great until my stylist grabbed a chunk of my hair (in the front) and cut it super short. Now I don’t know how to style it . Someone else wrote a review a week ago, and the same thing happened to them as what happened to me.

I never write reviews but I felt this was exceptionally bad.. I’ve gone to great clips for years until yesterday. Let me start by saying everyone was friendly and the service was quick. However, I think I smelled marijuana on my stylist and received the worst hair cut of my life. Pictures to show.

I come here all the time for a hair cut, and I usually get great results. But I came here last week and asked for some layers and a trim (what I usually get) and I also wanted some curtain bangs. I even showed the stylist a picture. Ended up making my hair uneven and did NOT give me what I asked for, didn't even get curtain bangs. She just gave me some uneven layers. Not happy at all and I’m considering going somewhere else to get it fixed.

Took my toddler for his first real haircut and he was extremely fussy and wiggly but the hairdresser was so calm and patient with him and did an amazing job! I am so happy with the experience and would absolutely go again
