I get a good cut every time. They have an app that you can sign in online, which saves valuable time. Cost has gone up, but so has everything. They give senior and military discounts.

Have had good experiences at this location before, but this visit was beyond disappointing. First, I checked in online, but they somehow messed that up AFTER I arrived and bumped me to the end of the list. People make mistakes so I waited. While I waited the two stylists were cutting other customer's hair and carrying on a conversation that was EXTREMELY inappropriate and disturbing. It made me very uncomfortable so I left.

Used to love great clips but won’t be back. Sat in there for 45 minutes and watched and even got asked if I would let an older gentleman in front of me which I obliged ONLY for the next older lady that walked in to be selected in front of me without even acknowledging I existed even though I had been WAITING 45 MINUTES so I ended up walking out after realizing I would be in there for over an hour waiting to get a 12 minute haircut

If you are reading reviews, then you may have a doubt about taking your hair to Great Clips…I would tell you that I had 2 AWFUL haircuts here. I ignored my inner voice which screamed DON’T GO 3 years ago… walked in with shoulder length hair for a bang trim (simple) and walked out with chunks of hair missing all over my head. I looked like I blindfolded myself and took a crack at it. The manager apologized and did her best to correct the damage. Ended up with chin length hair! Fast forward 3 years to 6/1/23, I was growing out a short pixie cut (the wonderful salon I go to normally is too expensive to justify a simple trim) So, I pushed aside my inner voice… OMG Big Mistake…I walked away with a large chunk of my bangs (which I patiently grew out, below my eyes) missing halfway up my forehead; and, the remaining bangs chopped up. The hair butcher, Estella, pushed the remaining longer hair over to cover the gap when she finished; Ithought it looked odd but didn’t see the horror until I got home. HORRIBLE! Back to the shop this morning, where a manager did her best to correct the mess… I’m now sporting a haircut that any 10 yr old boy might have… not good on a 56 year women. So take my advice, stay away if you value your hair. It’s not worth the gamble! And, I was told they could not refund my money but would give me a free haircut… I won’t be back. Per the manager’s words this morning, “ no need to get my haircut at all this summer”… ugh! Estella, you need to find a new occupation… your manager said this wasn’t your first mess. AWFUL!!6/3/2023 Update: A different manager just called to apologize for my haircut; I appreciate the phone call. However, I asked for a refund of $19 plus, $60 to cover the cost to get a professional “corrective cut” at my salon (receipt provided) to try to improve the current 10 yr old boy style. She politely declined any reimbursement and said she would give me 2 free haircuts. I will never return. That response is absolutely ridiculous. Like my husband said…maybe they wouldn’t be in business if they refunded customers for bad haircuts! Customers beware… the owner is more concerned about profit than quality, customer satisfaction and responding appropriately to the given situation. It’s the hair factory…where quantity over quality is key. Shameful.

Fantastic experience last few visits. Employees are relaxed and laid back which makes for an overall relaxed atmosphere considering the walk-in nature of the company. That allows my Toddler to be relaxed as well and calm in the chair. Thanks
