Employee was very rude and disrespectful to elderly disabled veteran. We left and went to a different salon and were treated wonderfully. If any of you are a caregiver I do not recommend you subject anyone to the treatment we received today.

I had a great experience at Great Clips Lowry Ln., Lexington, KY. I made an online appointment and was greeted with a smile by Toni when I arrived. When I told her that I was donating my hair for cancer patients, she was so excited. She immediately got a plastic bag for my ponytail. She measured my ponytail, removed it and listened to how I wanted my hair styled. We had a friendly, fun and warm conversation while she styled my hair exactly like I had wanted. Toni is a professional stylist and very personable. I was able to donate over 15” of hair to a worthy charity. I highly recommend Toni!

My stylist, Sheree, listened carefully to what I wanted and offered some helpful suggestions. They were skilled and efficient, and I was genuinely impressed with the results. My hair looks healthy and the cut is exactly what I envisioned.

Kenisha was awesome! I came in because I had my hair cut at a different Great Clips and didn't get the cut I wanted. (The cut wasn't what I asked for too long in spots, blocky on the back. The stylist never asked me what I thought and spent less than 10 minutes on me.). The wait time at that store was too long so I went to the Regency center store. Kenisha was my stylist and she assured me she could give me the cut I wanted. I get nervous because I like to keep the top longer (It curls.) and it often gets cut too short. She was able to reassure me, even during the cut, she could do what I wanted. She did! It looks great! I hope to sit in her chair for future cuts!

Kenisha was amazing!!!!! 5 stars....I got a haircut two days prior at a different Great Clips location in Lexington and was not satisfied with the result. I came to this location today and she worked magic getting my hair how i wanted it. You won't regret coming to get your hair cut by Kenisha😁 great service
