Not happy , I tried online checking it was showing me 0 min, so I walked in , manager (Sandy) said you have to book online, and closing at 7 , still have 1 hour 10 min.I came back and booked online and went after 25 min, they way she treat after is not good.We are paying money , not getting free service , please maintain good customer care and treat well.

I will never go back to this location. The staff is extremely rude to clients. They do not listen to a clients needs and speak to them condescending. Very unprofessional talking about the clients while in their chair. Very uninviting and not friendly at all.

Did the online check in which consistently gave changing times (from 0 minutes when I first checked in, to 48 minutes when I walked in) and the stylist flat said (even though I was checked in) that she was booked up for the day. I've tried for three days to get into this great clips and will not be returning, it should not take three days to try (and fail) to get a hair cut.

I was denied entry with my dog and when I asked if I could come back with her service vest, the lady said she doubted I had one so ??♂️ real bad service and mean people here

Just a terrible experience all around always. Took my kids again today hoping it might be better and it's still the same terrible haircut with even worse service. My 6 year old had a spray or two of hairspray left in his hair from the morning and the lady lost it on my wife. Lecturing my wife how she is not supposed to bring them with gel in their hair. A simple few sprays of water and it would have been simple to cut but no. She continued to lecture my wife until she payed the extra $10 to have it washed before she would continue the haircut. This is just the most recent terrible experience. We won't be back ever!Service: Kids' cuts

they messed up my hair pretty bad the first time i went, so i left a bad review. Let me just say if you leave a bad review they wont service you even if there isnt a single soul in the store!! crazy how leaving a bad review because they messed up their one job leads to them not servicing you especially being the only customer even there so its not only the lady that messed it up its their whole staff. We live in quite a soft world and id love to see these people get put out of business if this is how they treat customers for being honest.Service: Haircut

Typical Great Clips experience. Quick and easy. Was surprised when I heard the cost at the end as the biggest incentive for going to Great Clips is quick service and affordable cut. For $16+ can go to barber or for not much more to nicer salons.

We arrived at 540pm. There were two people already checked in online but had apparently been checked in for a while since the manager said to the other lady working "do you think they will ever come? " and then turned us away even after I said we just needed a quick trim with a guard. The other lady said she would be willing but the manager was rude and wouldn't let her. Unbelievable that you would turn away money for something that literally would have taken less time than to put a cape on and ask what we wanted.
