This is the second time we had the bad luck to be attended by the black lady. Both times she cut my son's hair and she was very disrespectful, she did not say even a hello, almost did not watch your face or make any eye contact and she only use one hand to cut my son's hair, only with one hand on the machine doing this very fast , 95% of the time she uses only one hand which it makes to move his head back and forth as a ball, he told me he was in pain when finishing and he had to say is good because he is a teen and feel embarrased to say other way, she can use the other hand for support his head but she avoid touch his head directly and she looks very mean, I wanted to stop her many times but I knew my son would feel bad. First time it happened I did not say a word but today I think it is not a casual event, this an ordinary attitude with people like us. The only time she speaks nicely is a the time of payment and tip, very different sweet voice. This time I let her know I was not satisfied and she has been mean and I did not stop her but if any owner check the cams you can see the discomfort on me all the time and I wanted to stand by and stop her. Honestly, my pet has a better treatment in his grooming store, it is what I told her, she is mean, disrespectful and horrible person. IF there is any owner or manager of this store, please make a favor to your business and check your cams and see how this lady act with clients (today between 4-5 pm ). I will never return to this place. Avoid this place, if not possible avoid this lady.

went to this location today , a black lady cut my hair , asked her to do number 2 on side and just trim on top, she said do u WANT half a inch off or 1 inch , i told her specifically do half a inch and then if i want cut more i will let you know , i guess she was in rush , finished a whole hair cut under 4 minutes , rush it and literally took almost 2 inches off top , and then argued its not two inches, lady i said do half a inch first , and also my hairs are all uneven , STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. no customer service either ,

Bad Experience, She had phone conversations with someone and mixed up with my haircut. It’s my last time to get haircut in great clips . When I asked her to make the hair shorter she got mad and disrespectful. Shame !!!

I'm very particular about my hair. It's very long and thick. I only like for my ends to be trimmed. It's very difficult to find someone who understands how important the length of my hair is. Lucille always gets it right! Great job!

Everything was very clean and pleasant. My cut was done in a timely fashion. Very happy with the service that was provided.
Stylist: The stylist is the manager of the store and she was amazing.

Ok, I'm cheap when it comes to haircuts, and great clips is always a gamble. It's my kid mentality. I mean it was either great clips or have my mom throw a bowl on my head and what have you? So " Great clips" was a lesser of two evils or should I say a better risk??? Idk. I've somewhat have not grown out of that. Usually I let my hair go for a min, unless I find a decent stylist at a great clips then I'll usually stick with them. I really should find a decent Barber and maybe grow up, but sadly like I said, " I'm cheap when it comes to haircuts." I mean it's Hair. It'll grow back, wear a hat.. right?? but when you get massacred ( which has happened in the past,recently in fact) it could take sometime to look somewhat decent. So it's a definite Hit or miss with the Old G GC. All I'm saying is. Every GC stylist should come with a Portfolio.. like, a tattoo artist. I know, unlike ink you won't have that look forever, but you're gonna look real goofy for a bit of time, and I'm a sucker for a GC coupon in the mail.
Anyway, all you guys and gals out there it's Great Clips. Take your chances. Except for you Nikki and Chris. A shoutout to you. You killed it last time. Will be back. If you're still there.

Horrible, I should've read the reviews before I came to this location. Went in on Wednesday and I honestly thought my hair looked good until I saw long strands of hair. I wanted my ends clipped, honestly didn't want it to be short but I wanted all the split ends gone. I asked her before I left, "are you sure I won't see any split ends when I get home tonight?" She said no, well she lied I have long strands, split ends and my bangs were so uneven. I called and there is nothing I can do unless I go to any location to get it fixed, I was given 7 days, well I'm out of town, that's impossible. I have been going to Great Clips for over 30 years and this is the worst experience ever. Smh

Went in to get my sons hair cut ended up with a woman named Chris. I used to work at great clips and have gotten my sons hair cut by other great clips the woman who checked me in didn’t seem to have any problem but this Chris woman said oh i can’t cut his hair if he won’t sit up and sit still and you can’t touch him at all it’s policy. When she asked the woman who checked us in if it was policy she said if you don’t feel comfortable doing it I can do it when I finish this customer. She then got an attitude and said it’s not that it’s just policy. I decided to just go ahead and leave and she left after me to go sit in her car. Mind you she literally had just walked in the store 15 minutes after I was checked in. Very poor experience

Just bad: hair cut lady was very unfriendly to the point she argued with me how long I wanted my hair. Which would been fine if she did a good job which she didn’t. Now I have to go and get my hair fixed elsewhere.
I can say this was one the oddest haircuts experiences I have ever had and to say very least uncomfortable. Don’t go there
