I am a first time buyer at Green’s and I was impressed from start to finish! Daniel was great with every detailed question I had, and trust me I had many. We negotiated a trade in and that was super easy! I don’t plan on buying another car anytime soon but Green’s will always be #1 on my shopping list.

I had an overall great purchase experience with Greens. The sales staff was very helpful. However they sold me a vehicle with a key that was not cut to fit the vehicle. They don’t seem to care to help me fix the issue. Would not recommend.

I contacted the dealership to purchase a vehicle, but the sales representative declined the sale due to their policy of not selling to Illinois residents. Although the salesperson was professional and courteous, it’s an unfortunate circumstance and a poor policy on the dealership’s part.

Customer service was great. Service was quite expensive so I could not have it done, however I did get oil changed and diagnostics to make sure everything was good. So although I paid $200 (oil change Plus diagnostics) ultimately for an oil change I do have the peace of mind that it's ready for winter.
