My search started online and I was sent a great video by Jeff, showing an overview of the vehicle. Came in after the weekend and met up with Dan as Jeff was off for the day.Dan was friendly, down to earth and no pressure. Dan and I were able to negotiate a price with little effort and the whole process was smooth. Ill be returning when its time for the wife to get a new used car.

Best dealer experience we’ve had buying a car in the last 35 years. Randy was great to work with and respected that we had a 3 our round trip to visit their dealership. He had things set up and ready to go, as promised, and made the process as easy as possible. We were treated fairly, honestly, and with respect.

My son test drove and love the unit. We didn't leave that day with it. Then, they damn near harassed my son wanting the deal with two or three people calling multiple times daily which is very annoying. He decided to move forward and work out the cashier check with our bank to drive the 2 hours to pick it up. Well, they made everything difficult. They were unprofessional and called my son Honey boo boo. It was probably one of the worst experiences with a dealership ever. Plus, no guarantee they would hold the unit with a $500 deposit. Ridiculous!!EDITED: Since I can't reply to your response, it is nice you are privy to the conversation and hopefully discuss professionalism with your Finance Manager to not name call. It was clear you all didn't want our money. I understand all legal obligations as I work for a dealership. There is just too much to write out here and bunch of he said she said. However, I know they told my son if he puts the deposit and someone else comes in before he would get there that they would sell it!Obviously, this one review won't kill your business and we will never see the situation the same way. We will just stick to units within our own state or a dealership who really wants our money and the sale.Thank you for your time!

Just wanna say this was the best car buying experience of my life. Want to personally shout out a few people who made this process super easy: Ryan Davis, super knowledgeable and personable sales rep. Steve in finance laid everything out clearly and slowly so people like me can understand. Lastly Jason O’Bradovich for orchestrating the whole experience. Also shout out to Christian for greeting us at the door and getting us started on the right foot. Y’all do this thing right, and you’ve made a customer for life.

I have purchased many vehicles, both personal use and for our businesses. Alan Epperson is by far the best salesman I've worked with. He's not pushy and answers all questions and concerns before the deal is done and even after. Can't recommend him enough.

Outside of some issues scheduling service via website, all 3 visits have been great thus far. Insanely fast to schedule service over phone if returning customer, when working also fast and easy to schedule service via website, expectations on length of time to complete the work have been met or exceeded, comprehensive summary of work performed, quality of work and care to vehicle seem to be very good. Disclaimer: all visits have been part of ToyotaCare services for routine maintenance and recalls on a 2021 RAV4 Prime. I also work for Toyota HQ on the manufacturing side, but have no ties to dealerships.

A month before my service I ordered and bought a new key for my 2015 RAV 4. I was given an estimate for the key, a battery for the key I still owned and programming them both. The parts department never called to say the new key had arrived. I came for the work and was told it could be up to a 2 hour wait. Also, the total price was going to $100 more than I was told and she couldn't do a thing about it. After waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours, I went to check on progress. They were just beginning to program the keys. I waited another 1.5 hrs, for a total of 3.5 hrs for the work to be 'completed.' And, then the advisor casually throws in that the second key has a new battery, but could not be programmed. For one new key that works, I spent an entire morning waiting in Green's Toyota waiting room and close to $500. I only chose Green's because their estimate was slightly cheaper than the dealership that was closer to my home. Toyota is gouging their customers for issues with keys and Green's service department needs to work on their time and pricing issues.

This is the 4th vehicle purchase with Green’s Toyota and I am always leaving even more satisfied than the previous interaction. Austin Harney is amazing in making the car buying process seamless! The ease to which Green’s makes the car buying process is next to none. I will never go anywhere else! They treat you like family and you know you are in good hands. For our 16 year old first car purchase this was hands down the perfect vehicle!

When you receive terrific service, you have to let people know. I recently reached out to Greens about scheduling an oil change for my wife’s Corolla. I ended up speaking with Tyler, and informed him that the entire purpose of this oil change was to get my very pregnant wife out of her office, so that her work could throw her a surprise baby shower. Tyler took everything in stride. He scheduled the oil change and indulged my request to hold my wife at the shop for 75 minutes so that they could finish decorating at her office.Thank you Tyler for going above and beyond to help make this a special day for my wife!

Service Manager Justin is great! He is polite and professional. Go to Greens Toyota for service repairs. Much better than Toyota on Nicholasville where they treat customers with a bad attitude.
