“Here are our new Eden table and Manchester chairs from teak Closeouts. They are a beautiful edition to our deck. Workmanship was pretty much flawless and assembly was easy for the table, but it took more time to assemble the chairs (more parts). Follow teak Closeouts recommendation for the glue. You won't be disappointed.”

“We have been in the last few weeks of shopping for new bedroom furniture and in doing so every doorway we entered was met with some very aggressive sales people. One even asked me if I wanted to “start a relationship”.
Working with Jesus was an unexpected pleasant surprise. He greeted us and then let us roam around. When we had questions he answered. At no point did I feel pressured or someone breathing down my back. Great job Jesus I think you will do a great job. FYI we did buy our furniture from him. There were a few other people that was very helpful as well.”

“Daniel from Floor & Decor, Lexington, Ky over exceeded my expectation as a designer. I do decorating & design. I found Daniel’s design to be profound! Not only does he read the customer well to quickly figure out their design but he took his time helping me. I could tell he enjoyed it as much as I did. Daniel is the only designer that I agreed with his suggestions immediately. I made multiple frustrating trips until I found Daniel on my last trip to the store. I will request him in the future. I am a business owner (TSI) with over 50 employees & I can quickly pick up on an employee that does the over & above. I can see Daniel in a management position. Hopefully his talent will not go unnoticed. I highly recommend him as a top notch designer! Floor & Decor is fortunate to have an employee as talented as Daniel.

“Wonderful shopping experience in Lexinton, Ky.. Duane Fields was fantastic! I've been helping my mom with her house after my step dad passed. She was in desperate need of a sofa with Thanksgiving coming up but we are on a tight budget. Mr. Fields approached me with professional friendliness and no pressure. He helped me pick out just the right sofa at exactly my budget. Being the shrewed man I am I told him I was gonna do a little more shopping. No pressure, he offered me his buisness card and I went along my way.
I told myself if I find the same or even slightly better deal for a similar product I would base it on my customer experience. Needless to say I couldn't find a better deal (though Bob's was great aswell!) and I even shook the dust of my feet with one competitor.
I'll be picking up the sofa next week with confidence that my mom will have the perfect sofa for her and the family during this Thanksgiving. Thank you Duane!”

To Management...Maybe a little consideration for Old Guys who accompany the women. How about a few selectively located seats or benches for Old Guys to perch upon while the women shop! They would pay for themselves by affording women more time to shop and spend more money without the Old Guys pushing them to get out of there.

“Ken, the manager, is an absolute boss. I purchased a chair for close to much higher than I would normally pay, but I’ve always loved the La-Z-boy chairs I grew up with so I swallowed the price… This was the first one I’d purchased for myself. Sales consultant made it easy and chair was delivered 2 weeks later. Skip forward 10 days; I sit on my throne and CRACK!! Chair bottom busts. Clearly a knot in the wood. All forums/ Reddit threads I read say I’m out of luck, that this stuff happens and they don’t take care of you. I couldn’t have found that further from the truth when I called and spoke to Ken, the SM. He assured me this was not normal, offered to refund my money or to fix despite it being beyond the window. I took the chair there today and he fixed it himself. As I write this review I sit in blissful comfort upon my new throne, content in the fact that I have someone to take care of me for all my future butt-cushioning needs. Bravo, 10000 stars!”
“I special ordered an Amish made bedroom suite and went to pick it up after it arrived from the Amish manufacturer. Beautiful pieces! Exactly what my wife wanted. Mrs. Perry is a very nice lady and patiently waited with me for a friend to arrive to help load up my pieces of furniture on a Saturday. My friend ran late so Mrs. Perry and I just sat and talked between her visiting with customers. Her pricing actually beat competitors in Maysville and Liberty on the exact same pieces of Amish furniture. Worked for me. Thank you for the deal and hospitality!”

I ordered the 6' garland, it shipped in within 24 hours & arrived at my home in under 48 hours. It came beautifully packaged along with the cutest personalized note & sticker of "The Boys", too. I'm back today to order more of the garland, but it's sold out! I'll be stalking the page daily until it's back in stock. “Not only are the products beautiful and high-quality, the customer service is above and beyond. I am engaged and registered for several patterns of Pomegranate Inc.’s beautiful napkins through my 3rd party registry. Despite my registry not being directly associated with the company, they were more than helpful when my guests mistakenly purchased the wrong pattern, or failed to notify my registry of the correct amount purchased (leading to double buying). Isaac from customer care helped me track down and sort through orders and promptly exchanged any sets that did not fit what we had requested for those that did. They were not required to do this since I wasn’t the original buyer, so I was blown away with how accommodating, quick, and professional they were. “My experience was rather unique. My sleep number was delivered and installed but I had ordered a piece online that I didn’t need. The salespeople were instrumental in helping me sort things out. I return the piece and will be credited the cost to my account. While I was at the store I purchased a pillow. So far my I am sleeping better.”
