Multiple times I have bought things and left a bag or 2 at the store. Customer service at this location has been the best out of any business I’ve dealt with. Chloe and Brad went out of their way to help me locate my digital receipt and find the items I left. They were great!

I bought several items a while back and when I was checking out the cashier asked for my number in case I lost my receipt which I gave and ended up having to return some items when they asked for my number I gave it to them and was told they had no record of that number and being as I hadn’t kept the paper receipt thinking it was stored under my number I was told I couldn’t return the items. My project called for 9mm cork flaps and they told me I could use standard size so I found some in half inch but they were left handed and I wanted right handed they ordered me some from China and they came in the next day no problem

Is this place becoming like a Texaco Station. The bathrooms are horrible !! Mens paper in all the urinals and toilets. Don't think they clean them anymore

Ask them to cut a 4X 8 sheet in half . When I got home, I realized that they couldn't even cut it in half, and it wasn't even a straight line. I ended up having to spend another hundred dollars and cutting it myself, which I should have done from the beginning, I guess.

Came in to make a return that I was denied at from the other Home Depot accross town. Thankfully this customer service assistant was able to make the return for me no problem. She did it fast and efficiently. She also didn’t give me an attitude like the lady in the Richmond rd location. She was also helpful with answering my questions as to why they weren’t wanting to make the return but very much could’ve made the return. Great worker and definitely deserves a raise for doing her job right. She was working the shift around 6. Wish I would’ve gotten her name to include in my review. As a contractor it’s nice when people don’t waste my time since to me time is money.

Great selection of tools. One of the cleanest Home Depot’s I’ve been to. This location has a tool rental center with a vast selection of well maintained tools.
