If you drop your taxes off at alexandriabe ready to be called by the southland location. My taxes was misplaced, and it took them a month to contact me and tell me they had no info on me. ( my info was given on the front desk when my taxes were dropped off). They called my employer to get to my phone number. Month later i get contacted just to have em not complete it and tell it wasnt filed due to the wrong yr. So now im waiting for my taxes 2 months, when i could of gotten to someone professional hewitt or turbo tax and not go thru this 2 month headache. Update... tates creek location contact me saying my taxes was not done. And i need to go to their location to finish...?? Hr block in lexington is no good.

i dropped my taxes of here last year snd they closed down the office and transfered.my paperwork to another never heard from anyone till i realized it was almost past due. call abd they hadnt even started my return and i got slapped with all kinds of late fees and am still dealing with the issue now because of their negligence

Tamara was great I was stressed when I first went in but made sure to clearly answer any questions about my issues and to make sure I was happy and stress free by the time I left

I have called several time in the past 2 hours. Office will not answer the phone, or if they do they just hang up on you.

I see all these good reviews but mine has been a nightmare! I dropped my prior tax forms from TurboTax and W2s off March 2nd and called on March 23rd and they couldn't even find my paperwork. I was very calm about it over the phone but inside screaming! How unprofessional to lose someone's stuff. Never again!

The H&R Block on Southland Dr. (particularly Varsha) was amazing! Our tax questions were answered and we were done in a short amount of time. Very knowledgeable and helpful!

I have been coming to this location for the last 2 years. I see Pam Holland. She is amazing! She really takes the time to make sure you understand, and is extremely personable. It feels like I’m meeting with an old friend while getting my taxes done. I highly recommend her.

I have been coming to this branch for 3 years and the service is gone and downhill. The lady that sits at the front desk is rude and literally yelled at multiable custumers. The first day I came in. She keeped saying they couldn't pull up a e-recive w-2. Its your job to do taxes how do you not know how to e recive a w-2. Then after I finally get an Appointment they keep telling me I can't do that. I am sad to say over all not inpressed with this branch of hr block any longer and will now be taking my buisnesss elsewhere.
