Showed up for a scheduled appointment at 9am and not a soul was there. Waited for half an hour still no one showed, what a way to run a business. I have been letting them do my taxes for last 10 years, probably won't let them do them anymore. Fine way to treat your clients, I will tell everyone that I know,how you don't know how to schedule and you don't keep appointments. Even sent me a text to confirm the appointment what a joke ?? Had this appointment setup last time I did my taxes with them. I will probably do turbo tax or find another company that can keep their appointments,my time is important to me and I don't appreciate being somewhere on time and then no one shows up. Even the sign in the window says they open at nine. They should be happy that people even come into their business because they charge so much. I guess it was about time that I find someone cheaper and more professional. Maybe they won't send an appointment notice, and then not show up.
