Terrible management is heard by an employee getting chewed out in a most disrespectful way. The product is immaculate. Great at a good price. The battery lasted over 5 years. It was still good in winter. Only 3 stars cause terrible management. Product is great. Got another battery in 5 years. Guess the last battery got good price. Over 5 years the product still lasted.
