Broker told me the pickup was at 9am and the reviews said I can show up 4 hrs early so I did just to find out the appointment showed 12pm but was told I couldn’t check in until 9am because the order had to be released. Cool, no problem so I sat in front of the yard until 9am just to be told by the guard that they no longer accept a picture of your ID for pickup (I also offered my TWIC card along with the photo) when I asked at 5am “what all do I need to have?.” Now the ID was my fault but the communication lands on the company. Time wasted is never good for a trucker. Make sure you have all your credentials all the time.

Got here 3 hours before my appointment time and got a door straight away. Was loaded within 30 mins.

My appointment was for 1 pm but I called them and they said they live load up to 4 hours before your appointment time. I showed up 4½ hours early and they gave me a dock. All said and done I was there for an hour and a half. Security was cool.

Very fast unload, if you can blind side then thats great, but enough room to driver side. Receiver ( Brian ),is a great guy and fast unloading, very professional. I got unloaded in the morning 4/8/24, 8:30 am

Just arrive at the booth with the guard, take your information, your pick-up number, assign you the door, run the axles backwards, release the red hose and wait in your truck. The staff will put the padlock in the red terminal and pick up your key, then they will bring you the papers and you exit on the right side

Use 330 Midland Place. Expect to sit and wait if you get here around 6am (shift change). Been here now for almost 3 hours waiting to be unloaded. Nobody should be allowed to take your truck key. This place is ignorant. They put on a glad hand lock, so even if you tried to move, you couldn't.

Great place to drop a load and the guard was very helpful and the gentleman who unloaded my trailer was awesome, thank you staff for a great experience......

Slow, will not be returning. Three hours waiting for a door with seemingly no trucks in front of me. Another hour to unload. Nice people though.
