The tax professional “Ms.D” was extraordinary and went above and beyond any expectations! She was thorough in details to make sure i was able to collect the highest results in my returns as possible! She was reliable and time efficient and made the whole process with my toddler in tow completely smooth and easy! I was highly impressed by her genuine concern for the best care of her customers! She was so patient and kind and helpful with the entire process that I really wish she could receive some sort of special recognition for how painless she made this experience! Seriously 5 stars aren’t enough for her and her office they scored a perfect 10 in my book! I would highly recommend her to anyone because she just felt like a part of the family even though I had just Met her and those people are rare to find so I’m making sure to keep her services! She is simply very talented in her profession and she will bless anyone that is lucky enough to land her on your team!

My tax returns were a little difficult but my tax preparer attacked them ferociously! She made sure to get me every deduction possible! Because of her due diligence, my taxes basically came out a wash. Which is far better than last year! If you haven’t had Doneka Pass look over your taxes, I strongly suggest you give her and Jackson Hewitt a chance!
