One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Came here to see about getting a ring resized and to purchase a ring for my fiancé. We were met with sarcasm and treated as if we didn’t belong there. The guy told us all he had were rings $700 and up, told us anything cheaper would have to be purchased online. Did not offer to show us anything after that, just assumed that we couldn’t afford it. Another sale’s associate was asked to show my fiancé the gold rings, but stated she was too busy opening the door for someone else and couldn’t help him. Despite being ready to purchase the ring, we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere, especially when your first impression is multiple people turning their nose up at you. Will never be returning to Jared.

My husband bought me a bracelet for Christmas that I asked for. The chain broke and it was too big (for the way I wanted it to fit) it took three trips to get the right size (I’m still not happy with the fit! BUT I understand why they can’t go any shorter) the bracelet is beautiful but the conversations and the customer service needs a lot of work.They acted like I didn’t belong there. I told one lady I had a ring like the one in her store and she turned up her nose and said I doubt it. That ring cost alot of money we use above grade diamonds here. They always greeted me with a smirk and asked NOW how can WE help YOU?!We don’t mind paying for what something is worth, but we also feel like if you don’t feel like we belong there, you don’t get our hard earned, honest money.I will never purchase anything else from another Jared!!SN: when I opened my gift Christmas morning I was so excited because it said JARED! I looked at my husband before opening the box and said “HE WENT TO JARED’S!” Now I say NEVER AGAIN!

Had a great time in your store with Mike (don't remember his last name.) He was knowledgeable, helpful and had a great sense of humor. He made the whole shopping experience fun, and suggested things I would have never thought of. I'll be back!

I needed a gift for a friend who loves nice jewelery so I decided to check out Jared's because I had seen a commercial at Christmas. The staff member was patient despite the fact that I didn't know what I was looking for. She made a few suggestions but I still couldn't decide. I told her I'd sleep on it ( I'm sure she thought she'd never see me again). The next day when I returned, she greeted me with a smile. I told her that I couldn't get the bracelet she suggested out of my head. She laughed and said she loved it too. My friend loved it as well. It got a lot of 'oohs and aahs' at the birthday party.

Great experience. I went in right before closing to look around for something to buy a lady friend. It was a new thing and I didn't want to go too big for a "first" birthday gift. The associate that helped me was friendly, professional and insightful. Plan on going back to get a ring sized.

The WORST customer service I have ever had. We went in to purchase a piece of jewelry. Not one person greeted us or asked if we needed any help. In fact, 2 employees looked right at us and never even acknowledged us. There were several people working there too. We waited 45 minutes. We left and guess what…. Took my money elsewhere. Won’t be back in that place.

The Staff was very friendly and inviting from the time I walked through the door. I was assisted by Alex S. And she was extremely helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and explained things in a way that were easily understandable. She made buying an engagement ring a stress free enjoyable experience. 10/10 will be shopping with them in the future. I looked at several other jewelers and this was hands down the best experience I have encountered.

I’ve had to come in a few times this year to get my wedding ring cleaned and inspected. I am not exaggerating that every time I have been buzzed in, I am NEVER greeted nor acknowledged. Customer service is everything, especially spending the amount of money we have at this store. Even if a worker is helping someone, they should still say something. I’m always just standing there for several minutes, multiple workers walking by and no one says anything. It’s always the same 3 ladies every time. I will not be referring anyone to this location!
