I’m so disappointed. I had a take out order, the service was great over the phone and the young woman at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food was awful :( I ordered beef Pho, asked for extra noodles and extra bean sprouts. I asked what it included, they said (the usual) bean sprouts, lime, cilantro, green and white onions, and I asked for a side of Siracha. I got half a serving of noodles, barely any cilantro, and no siracha, no onions, no lime and no bean sprouts. The most bland pho I’ve ever had :(The rest of the food I got was okay I guess. Not even close to good like the other places I’ve been.

First time trying this place. i got the Pad Kee Mao with chicken. I don’t know if the cook just had an off day, but this was the most flavorless food I’ve ever had from a Thai restaurant. I ordered for it to be “hot” and its not even slightly spicy, chicken is unseasoned, noodles have no flavor. Super disappointing. Also, the noodles are all broken up into small pieces, which wouldnt be as much of an issue if the meal at least tasted good ?

When I tell you this is the best Thai food I’ve had in Kentucky. I’m not joking. When her page says kukies in the kitchen, believe it.My wife and I spent the whole day helping a relative move, so we build up an appetite and what better to soothe the empty stomach blues…? Thai..Because of our timing, we had to enter this establishment 30 mins before close and we just made it.We were greeted by kukie and her husband. We spent a few mins skimming over the menu and then placed our order.As we waited, we chilled on the couch and chatted with kukie’s husband. This is when I took in the chill atmosphere and laidback esthetic. Very nice decorations and furniture.In little to no time our order was ready. We gladly thanked them and headed home. We had a 35 min drive before we could dig in.When we got home we were ready.I ordered my usual at just about any Thai restaurant- the basil fried rice with chicken. Thai spicy of course. My wife ordered the garlic pad Thai with beef. Spicy as well. We also shared a nice serving of Tom yum soup.Upon my first bite I was in heaven. Authentic Thai taste and flavor embraced me and set my tastebuds to amazing. I tried my wife’s meal and my tastebuds again were in shock. Then it was time for the soup which didn’t disappoint.Everything was delicious and still warm after driving for 35 mins. Altogether this was a great experience and I am glad they took care of us after arriving close to close.Overall if you want great food that doesn’t break the bank… visit Kukie and see what she’s cooking up. You’ll be glad you did. My true rating is a 100 run it.

Went in with a good recommendation but when I experienced it for myself... the staff was rude and couldn't understand what I wanted and I swear they serve me Ramen Noodles! Will never go

I try to eat here at least once a month...whether it's carry out or eat in. Yummy and flavorful food. Friendly staff. Fairly quick service. I usually get pineapple curry and pineapple fried rice...both Thai hot! This gives me enough food to eat off of for 3 days. And it's hot enough to make me sweat.

Visiting from Philly and found this nice lil place that sells authentic Laos food. The taste of the Chicken Laarb is spot on and the papaya salad is tasty. Love it, highly recommended for my south East Asian Fooodies!!’ Folks have to keep in mind that cooking “Thai & Laos foods” takes a while because it’s made “FRESH” so people need to have patience, it’s not “Chinese take out” Laos & Thai foods is prepare fresh and daily, unlike other chain restaurants ?

Jem of a Thai food place. Authentic taste and great portions. Unique Pad Thai and other noodles really add character to some of the dishes. Excellent host who was very accommodating. Highly recommended. Tip: Check hours online or by calling to make sure open (closed some weekends I believe)

I really wanted to like this place. Now, I'm wondering if I inadvertently walked into some kind of burglary.My wife and I wanted Thai, and our fave restaurant was closed, so we decided to go with JRT&V, based on largely positive reviews.We sent in our order for pickup, and it was ready when I arrived. Thumbs up. When I checked the bag, however, for my wife's peanut sauce x2 for her spring rolls, I saw it was missing, No big deal.I asked the clerk about it, and she replied that we hadn't ordered anything that called for peanut sauce, but she would give us some 'on the house.' She ducked behind a counter and returned with a tiny to-go cup of peanut oil with some chopped peanuts on top. Meanwhile, a cook behind the kitchen window tipped his baseball cap to me, as though a she'd done me a favor.Once I got the food, I walked outta there and drove home where my wife and I ate two bites of the saddest Pad See Ew and Panang curry bites we've ever had the misfortune of eating. Everything is in the trash now. Guess it's lunch sandwiches for dinner tonight.

Ordered take-out and got the Pad Thai (medium) with beef. It was amazing! Great flavors and definitely worth the price especially for portion size too. Might have found my go-to Thai restaurant in Lexington.

Overall im torn on this place. I love thai food, and recently moved into the area and found most other places to be pretty mediocre.The food was good, but the service was kind of slow and rough (mistakes in the order. And it wasn't busy).Sometimes people just have an off night, so I still give eit 4 stars as at the end of the day the food we got was delicious.

Pad see you had a sour flavor and peanut sauce was this oily/vinegar liquid. Vegetables were undercooked and the cashew rice was flavorless and still had chunks of white steamed rice in it. Can't believe I paid $40 to have this delivered. Super disappointed. Ordered off of a reccomend that this was authentic Thai food and I couldn't even get through my meal. $40 down the drain. Archa Nine in Lexington is definitely the spot to go for Thai here. It's a few more dollars a plate, but definitely worth it.

Dining-in took forever as they prioritize Doordash orders. It took 30 minutes for us to get our food, and in that time a dozen Doordash orders went out. Our food didn’t come out at the same time, it was over the course of 10 minutes or so, and we wanted to wait until everyone got their food. Several people in my party didn’t like their dishes, they are bleak compared to other places in Lexington. Our server was very kind and attentive to our drinks, but we won’t be coming back.
