Jazzercise is the best exercise no matter age or ability! I just found this two years ago but I will be doing this for life! Everyone here is so welcoming! Try it out!!

My happy place! Jazzercise not only helped me lose 40 pounds but it gave me an amazing community. I cannot recommend it enough. All are welcome no matter your fitness level or dance ability!
