jennifer was great! couldnt get my online quote to work of course so i had to call in. she had me handled and sorted before my 10 minute break was even over. even had a little hiccup and she took charge and made a note to take care of it herself so i didnt have to. thanks so much!

Jennifer is always available or quick to get back with me on any issue. I just switched my home owners insurance over to them and couldn’t be happier to have my home and auto bundled together. It is great to experience with the small town family vibe . That is hard to come by. I have worked with Courtney as well and share the same sentiment towards her. Definitely recommend these agents to everyone!

After having gone to multiple insurance agencies, I was referred to Jennifer at Jeff Briggs-State Farm. She was wonderful to work with. She helped us with out house, auto and umbrella policy. She kept us informed of any changes and was great at communicating either but phone or text. Would highly recommend.

We have been working with this group for many years. They have been extremely responsive to our needs, especially when those needs change, or we experienced a claim.
