I purchased a new set of tires and warranty aug 2024 and in a year I have had to replace 3-4 tires. I have had to pay hundreds each time even though it was covered under warranty m. I’m very upset as I was under the impression that warranty covers damage to my tires for the lifetime of my tires but every time I need a replacement I have to pay almost full price. I’m very disappointed and don’t understand why my tires only last a few months. I don’t think I’m coming back to this company.

I've move at the beginning of the month from MN and Ken Towery's helped me after the long drive with a free check up and also new brakes with a chose of a payment plan. They are very accommodating and have great mechanics how offer fast and honest work with a smile.

I was incredibly impressed with the service we received—especially from Scott the manager. We got a nail in a tire and flatted 150 miles from home on a Sunday. They worked us in and fixed the flat in a very timely fashion and the cost was very reasonable. A life saver for us. Can highly recommend without reservation!
