One of, if not the worst customer service experiences I have had. I haven't been able to access my account information for over 3 days now and cannot get any of the listed numbers to work, nor can I access any link to their website. Absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing.

Awful customer service. The other nearest branch to me is all the way across town so I called to see if this branch was open. I had to get through an automated menu, wait on hold for five minutes, and then they hung up on me before anyone picked up.

Bank received my loan payment late because they aren’t reopening the downtown Vine Street location. They say they are growing yet have closed 33% of their locations in Lexington. Probably going to give another bank my business!

Kentucky Bank’s mortgage department has poorly handled the mortgage for the buyers of our home. They have repeatedly dropped the ball getting paperwork done on time and correctly and have created unnecessary hurdles for our buyers. Our closing has been pushed back multiple times due to their inefficiency and irresponsibility. I highly recommend taking your mortgage needs elsewhere.
