Conner came to my home and spent several hours being extremely thorough and understanding my expectations. We picked out all our materials within those hours, and by the end of it, had a very clear idea of what we wanted and when it would be done. James and Rich showed up today and were rockstars! Very polite, and just a hoot to be around! They worked hard all day long, and had great communication skills. They cleaned up after they were done, which I greatly appreciated. I am making ReBath my primary bathroom remodel referral. I intend to work with these gentlemen again In the future!”

“My wife and I bought a shower part from them several years ago during a remodel. The part needed to be replaced under manufacturer warranty and the company who made it was zero help. I decided to go back to Plumbers Supply to see if they knew what to do and they took care of the entire process. They were very helpful and my wife and I really appreciated their willingness to some normal folks despite the fact that their business mostly caters to professional plumbers. “UPDATE: I called Ferguson home customer service to arrange an exchange of the defective faucet. The phone rep couldn’t have been easier to work with. Though the replacement faucet won’t arrive for several days, at least they acknowledged the problem and did the right thing to resolve it. Hoping the replacement faucet is problem-free, but believe Ferguson Home will work with me to resolve it if it isn’t.

Ordered 2 bathroom faucets and a shower kit. Shipping was prompt. 2 faucets and mixing valve arrived first. The boxes for ALL THREE items had obviously been opened by someone else, repackaged (poorly), and sold as new. While the mixing valve and one faucet look o.k. To install, one faucet had stains and multiple fingerprints that wouldn’t wipe off. So I have to waste time arranging an exchange.
I’m VERY disappointed that Ferguson seems fine misrepresenting the condition of their “new” products to their customers. If you market your product as new, send me a new, unused item. Not someone else’s return.”

“What a fabulous experience. Counter Culture installed our countertops 18 years ago and I called them when the undermount sink came loose. The arrived on time, explained thoroughly what they were going to do and worked tirelessly and efficiently to remount the sink. The crew was great, paid atte4ntion to detail and after they left you couldn't tell they had been here, except the sink was repaired! I almost wish I was in the market for new countertops!”
