If you've never had the misfortune of having to shop at this Kroger location, count yourself lucky. I really don't want to sound like a Karen; but this Kroger is such a mess, and the higher ups won't do anything about it unless they know that customers are unhappy. First, the staff tends to be extremely rude. Trying to ask where something is after the store's been rearranged for the millionth time? They'll make you feel as if you just insulted their whole family for daring to take a second of their precious, precious time. I can understand being busy, but glaring and rolling your eyes at me is not necessary. And they won't know where the item is either. The Pick-Up order system, while great for its users, has also worsened the experience for in-store shoppers. The large carts of pick-up personnel are a noisy, cumbersome obstacle (often blocking off entire aisles), and be prepared to be shooed out of the way multiple times in a row while shopping. The most noticeable and notable thing about Richmond Road Kroger, however, is the mess. This store is always being rearranged, not a day goes by without multiple spills (that will be left there for ages), and unwanted items will often be left on the wrong shelf to the point where perishable items (like meat, dairy, seafood, etc) will go bad and start to smell. If you're looking for a clean, well-maintained store; keep looking. This one isn't it.

Great staff every time. Great selection of foods. Hit or miss with parking. The restrooms could use a little more TLC.

I am absolutely disgusted that after the past few years, Kroger has someone working while coughing up a lung and handling people's food. I am literally throwing out my groceries after watching her handle my food while hacking away. How do people not learn?!!!

Rude manager on Tuesday morning. employee decided to limit how much I could purchase of a product. Rude and loud manager corrected the problem but informed me that she had better things to do. This was the Richmond Rd. location in Lexington Kentucky. The manager became very angry at me because I had to ask for her twice. After an employee belittled me after she corrected a problem. It was horrible. she spoke loud in a"Karen" like manner and got customers involved.

I'm rating their sushi bar. It's every bit as good as any sushi bar around. I very frequently will get what I want and run home to enjoy a very satisfying dinner. The only thing missing is the Japanese ambience, but so what. My daughters and I have threatened to come into this Kroger with our lawn chairs and tv trays and sit right there at the sushi counter and eat and drink tea will we get our fill. Then just take all the bar codes to the front and pay on our way out. It would be a heck of a lot cheaper than going to any Japanese restaurant. Keep up the good work Kroger on Richmond Road.

The BEST Kroger in Lexington. Wonderful fresh produce options. Always FULLY stocked, and clean/neat. On my most recent visit there, I caught one of their employees cleaning/wiping down the refrigerator doors! Just an overall, happy and satisfied customer, over here! I give my thanks to all the employees who strive to keep it that way! Amazing work!

I'm loving my visits now especially when I go to buy Avocados in produce! Also the workers throughout the store (and I'm there, every other day mostly or at least 3-4 times a week) are hard and very consistent workers! They are so super!

Stopped in this afternoon. This place could care less about their customers. The line at the "Customer Care" counter was literally wrapped around in a double line. They had ONE employee working it. The store was packed and they had one whole self-checkout lane closed with lines at the open checkouts stretching back into the grocery aisles. Who does that to their customers? This store. That's who.

Wow, what a disappointment come from Florida Publix country. As I entered the store looking for a hand carry basket (you had none anywhere, ) that saves $$ by reducing retrieval of carts in icy parking lot... went to drug area looking for sugar-free cough drops, none...no empty boxes where they should be...looks like u don't stock them, really with over 23 million in America? No problem, got on Amazon... no milk, no bananas, shocking, yes u had a last min run on store, We always have that before any storm, holiday, cold front.....duh, a minimal amount of planning....I guess Publix just excells my way. And ur bakery, pitiful. I didn't think my bar was high. Sad.

I don't often get out this way but I had an appointment in the area so I decided to do some shopping afterwards. I literally spent over an hour in there just strolling the isles while getting what I needed. The store itself seemed like it was better stocked then the store I usually go to. It's well lit and clean. The products are well displayed and finding a employee was easy . They definitely have items that I don't see at my store. Like frozen lumpia (Filipino spring rolls.) Which I've had before at a friend's house but those were homemade. The woman that was manning the self checkout area was friendly enough and helped me out when the system kept being difficult about my canvas bag . (Which is always my downfall at self check out it wants to say I called for help when I didn't lol). I actually wish I were on that side of town more often because my experience there was definitely a good one . Maybe I can find an excuse to keep going to that location.

I used to like going to this Kroger location but it has been on a downward spiral the last few months. The store and lot are usually dirty and always seem overcrowded. Alot of the overcrowding is due the numerous number of extra displays in the isle and empty or half full equipment left around by store employees. Many of the cold shelves always seem to be in disrepair as well. Hope it gets better soon. :-(

Very disappointed in clicklist lately. Last time, they called me 25 minutes before I was supposed to pick up and cancelled my order. Today, I'm currently in line and have been waiting for an hour to pick up my items. I get being busy, but the workers are coming out every 15 minutes. Why do we check in early if nothing is ready?

I just wanted to send an email to brag on an employee at the Man O War Kroger in Lexington, KY 40509. Cammie that works in the Floral Department is absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me with a bouquet of flowers for my son’s girlfriend. She was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Our bouquet was beautiful! I hope that this can be passed along to the local store manager because she definitely deserves recognition for her work.

After 40 years as a loyal Kroger patron my check was refused today because I did not have a drivers license. I did have a passport. It includes a photo ID as well as my local address. My purse was stolen three days ago along with my drivers license and credit cards so a check and passport was all I had to work with. However Chase Bank gave me cash with only my passport as an ID.
