My Tates Creek Kroger doesn't carry a product that I like, so usually I have to search all the stores in the area. According to the website, Chinoe had what I was looking for so I went there. They didn't have it. I picked up the few things I needed and left. This is the first time I've been to the Chinoe Kroger and likely the last. They don't have a number of the products I frequently use. I kust don't particularly like this store.101

Kroger's phone menu is so awful that it is unbearable. I'm switching to a local pharmacy or Walmart when necessary. My copay’s are very high. Check with your insurer to locate the cheapest pharmacy option. The copay for almost every drug I use through the insurance mail order pharmacy is zero.

Used to be my favorite Kroger bc of convenience to the house and had a more comfortable feel bc of its smaller size... however tonight I was forced to scan over $600 of groceries bc all the lanes were closed except for self scan 2 hours before closing! Nearly an hour of scanning bc of the quantity of groceries, the lack of attention of the employee and the manager on duty at the desk this was even more complicated bc I couldn't pay due to the fact the self scan isn't supposed to take that many groceries. When asked why there wasn't a person on duty scanning she said 1 person called in and one person couldn't handle it by themselves!!!!! REALLY?! What have I been doing the past hour?! Happens all the time and always 2 or 3 hours before closing. Can't wait for Publix. TERRIBLE customer service!!! But the bread lady at night is money as a parting note.

Just switched back to the Kroger pharmacy after my previous one closed shop, and the employees are as nice as ever. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with any of the locations that I've been to in town.

I Have Been a Loyal Customer for 25 years to this Store and Pharmacy...I Have seen it Go Down quick..The New Pharmacy Staff is Very Rude and Unprofessional...I Called about a Perscription and this Girl named Natelie Hung up on me very Rude Person...So I went up there to talk to the Manager some guy with Glasses anther Unprofessional Person act like he didn't care...So I am taking my Business some where else ..I will never Step foot in that Kroger never again.....

Don't take Good RX any more. The staff mislead me to believe they take it.They did make up for it. They were very nice and helpful in person.

Here's the thing: I'm giving this 2 stars because of what I'm going to detail. Otherwise, the meat/seafood section has always been amazing and the employees at the Starbucks are top notch. I love them. This Kroger has a terrible problem allowing pets in the store. These are not service dogs(referred to as SDs this point forward). I have been a professional in the pet industry for over 15 years. I know when it's an SD or a pet. These dogs are pets and it is DISGUSTING. Just the other day, I was in this store with my daughter in the bakery section. We hear some kind of call from someone and then, out of nowhere, a miniature Pinscher or mix comes running by. It stops and makes a b-line to my daughter and I. I can only assume it was because I was wearing my grooming work shoes. Another call and the dog runs away down towards the meat/seafood section, its owner completely out of view and at least 100ft away. I'm already upset. We finally finish shopping and go to check out at the self-check out. The owner of this dog is on the other side of us and she is constantly yelling at her dog as it was running up to customers and being a nuisance. I used every ounce of my self control to keep from causing a scene. I looked at the people around me, customers and employees alike, and their faces were that of complete disgust. The woman leaves and I decide to speak to an employee about my grievance. I make sure to note my professional history and that I'm very much aware of the ADA rules. She is SO happy I spoke up and says how her own daughter is deathly afraid of dogs and she said how, if it was her daughter or another child that is terrified of dogs, would have had a panic attack if this dog ran up to them. Luckily, my own daughter grew up with dogs when I had a grooming salon. I tell her I've had enough of this and want to speak to the manager but she informs me he has already ran off to confront the woman with the dog in the parking lot. We wait quite awhile and I eventually get to speak to the manager and I can tell he just doesn't really know what to say to me. He doesn't think higher ups will do anything. Let me explain to you why this is disgusting: it isn't just the sanitary reasons, you know, having a pet run around a store with food. It isn't just a dog running up to customers. What is absolutely abhorrent is what this does for actual SDs and their handlers. All these customers looking in disgust are assuming that this dog is an SD. They now believe this is how all SDs behave. They now have a negative opinion about SDs and their handlers. Moreso than that, what if there was an actual SD and handler in this store. A dog trying to do ITS JOB either watching what is going on or paying attention to its handler. This non-SD could have run up to them and attacked the SD or even just interrupted the SD causing the dog to be unable to do its job as its owner experiences a medical episode like a seizure. The ADA says that you can ask two questions: Is this an SD and what are the tasks it has been trained to do for its handler. An emotional support dog is not an SD per the ADA. More than that, the language also states that, even if the dog is a real SD, that if the handler does not have control of the animal(an SD should be on a leash unless that keeps it from doing its job)that the establishment is legally allowed to inform the handler that they have to remove the dog from the premises. Another time I've been in this store, a couple brought in two NASTY looking small dogs, one a puppy, and used TWO carts to put each dog in as an employee(friend or family) spoke to them and then they made their way down an aisle. This is gross sanitary wise and it is disrespectful to the the true SD teams. I have never seen such a disregard towards health and towards true SD teams before and I've witnessed dogs in walmart. Kroger can do better than walmart. That's why I go here. I will probably be driving the extra miles to go to a different Kroger and will most likely start transfer

Pharmacy processing time is horrible. Been going there for awhile and have said more than once that I was switching. Wait time to pick up prescriptions is just as bad. I'm done.
