They treat their customers like they are thieves and the managers don't do anything but encourage it and are rude when you complain. I have never been treated like this at any other Kroger in the nation but almost every time I come to this one I find I would rather starve than put up with their insolence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

So I use this place daily. It’s so quick and easy to park upstairs and quickly use the escalators, the problem is the escalators never work never never never never work, get a vendor who can repair escalators, please. Here again today no improvements

Very disappointing experience with Clicklist today. Not only did I have broken eggs which covered the refrigerated items in the bag, the $30 off $300, wasn't applied. I called the customer service number, and after waiting over 30 minutes on hold, I was refunded for the eggs. However, I was told by the representative that the $30 was taken off and reflected in the Item coupons/sales total at the top. This was not reflected in the body of the receipt. After I hung up, I calculated each sale item on my $351 order. It was NOT reflected in the total. This is theft in my opinion and almost impossible to catch. Something should be done about this.

What you would expect from a kroger decently stocked up helpful staff even if a little obviously "over it" to be fair it was a last minute trip and I was far from the only guest!

It's organized in a way that makes grocery shopping even less enjoyable. It is clean and well stocked tho, so I guess whatever. But why is there a whole isle of frozen pizza taking up one side of the cosmetics isle?????? WHY???? Why isn't the dairy and eggs on the perimeter of the store? I've never been into a kroger that confused me so much.

Good store, much larger than the one or replaced. Much more parking, with about 1/2 of the parking on the roof. There are escalators to take shoppers up and down. Traffic can be bad on weekends. There is a full Starbucks in front of the store that you can use for placing mobile orders. No drive-thru, though.
