"I have always enjoyed shopping at this location, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing. The cashier
charged me $8.00 per pound for tomatoes, instead of the correct price of $0.99 per pound on sale. Despite bringing this to the cashier's attention twice, I was assured the billing was accurate. Upon reviewing my receipt after leaving the store, I noticed the discrepancy and realized I had been overcharged. The total amount for the tomatoes came to $70, when it should have been approximately $13.
When I returned to address the issue, the cashier directed me to customer service. Unfortunately, the service experience was just as frustrating. With only one employee attending to a long queue of customers, I had to wait 35 minutes to resolve the overcharge and receive my refund.
This experience has highlighted a significant concern regarding staff training. Cashiers should be thoroughly trained to handle transactions accurately before managing the registers independently. It's worrying to think how many customers may have unknowingly paid more due to similar errors. I hope management takes steps to improve both cashier training and customer service efficiency to prevent such incidents in the future."

Google store hours state open til 11pm each day, however, doors were closed at 9:55pm.

I go to this Kroger on occasion while I'm in Lexington on my way home to Georgetown. I can truthfully say that I have had multiple occasions that employees have been beyond kind and friendly. I appreciate the size of the store because it is small and easy to get in and out. They always have items in stock that I'm shopping for. I should have taken note of several of the employees' names that have gone out of their way to be nice. I will make it a point next time. I've never had any issues and just want to say that management is doing a very good job and should commend their employees. It is rare to have employees who seem to actually enjoy their job and it seems to always be the case at this Kroger!

UNPROFESSIONAL behavior especially Donny or Donna with no customer service who seems to know what that means employee stopped helping me in the middle of it to go help another customer. As though the other customer being done was more important than the one she was already helping.

Kroger has everything I need! It is also really nice when Starbucks has coffee grind in a basket that I can take home for my garden!

This location has gone completely downhill. Don't know what is going on here but it is messy & filthy, more often than not, the carts haven't been brought in, & stock is terrible. It is obvious that management takes their customers for granted. Do yourself a favor & pass this location up.

This Kroger is terrible. Gnats all over the produce, and good luck to you if you’re paying with card and not cash, because their system won’t work. Obviously the management is poor, and customer service was terrible. Seriously, avoid at all costs.

Most of the employees are nice enough but josh refused to refill the bags at my self check. Like what? I'm about to run through all of these.

The staff is friendly especially Mike. He's an older gentleman who understands customer service.
The only issue I take is they start stocking at 11pm and block aisles with pallets and at times they make it very difficult to shop. As of 8/4/24. Huge improvements. Much better now.

The management need to fix the cart issue. They should not constantly lock when you are leaving the store. Three times since I’ve had shoulder surgery they have locked up and it hurts.
There is no reason for this to constantly be an issue. It should have been fixed as soon as it was discovered.
Also you shouldn’t have to bring a cart in from the lot on the weekends or evening, but if you want one you better.
