The bad news;
DIGITAL DEALS are TERRIBLE! GET RID OF THEM! They WASTE SO MUCH TIME! So many clicks on your phone to save a few cents. JUST GIVE REGULAR DISCOUNTS when you can.
The good news:
1/17/25 Visited Kroger Wine Section. The female salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful directing me to what I needed and answering my questions. Sorry I didn't get her name.
I also would like to thank cashier Kaitlynn, who patiently helped me access my digital deal at the register. But I hated that the shoppers behind me in line had to wait while she struggled with it. Another woman in line complained that the digital deals are so difficult to use, especially for people over 70.

Pretty run-down store. Rude manager on duty. She sounded very annoyed that people were still shopping 20 mins before close.

The worst Kroger in Lexington .
Unfriendly , poorly stocked , chaotic entryway and parking , with hardly any carts .
Of the 4 items I buy at Chinoe , they don't even carry 3 of them .
Only the gas station seems to work . When Publix opens a store anywhere nearby this store will be doomed !

You know what annoys me? That they don't seem to train cashiers in customer service anymore. What has the world come to? They're always on their phones, don't greet people, don't hand your change or receipt to you. Smh I worked at Kroger before and if I had just laid my receipt down when a customer has their hand out for it I would have gotten in trouble...

I have shopped at this Kroger's for over 25 years, it's always been busy and more so now then ever. However we do not shop here but maybe 2-3 times a year now, Kroger's has gotten to expensive and we can find better deals elsewhere.

Very helpful. I have to drive a buggy, & I'm not good at it. They ask if they can reach things for me. I also love this stores size. It's too much for me.

Terrible shopping experience. The only lanes open are self check out with not enough bagging space, while 2 employees are standing at the self check out talking about their weekend. AWFUL!

Plenty of fresh vegetables, shelves well stocked and checkout lines very short.Great for the day before Thanksgiving.
