Very helpful. I have to drive a buggy, & I'm not good at it. They ask if they can reach things for me. I also love this stores size. It's too much for me.

I have been coming to this Kroger for as long as it's been there. It's a little one, but they are trying to keep up with products the super stores have.

Terrible shopping experience. The only lanes open are self check out with not enough bagging space, while 2 employees are standing at the self check out talking about their weekend. AWFUL!

I have never found the desire to leave a review for a grocery store before, but due to the poor service, I felt the need. The store and selection was ok. I've been to better Krogers. The service, however, was terrible. Kimmie was the cashier and I did not catch the name of the guy who bagged my items because after he was done, he leaned over on the counter texting on his phone. When I said "Hi", Kimmie had no response. So I figured maybe she didn't hear me. I saw her wearing a ring I thought was really cute, and I commented that I really liked her ring, and she just stared at me with what was barely a grin. When the guy finished bagging my items, I made it a point to look at him and thanked him and he didn't say anything but went to looking at his phone. When I finished checking out, I told the cashier "Thank you" and she replied "Uh huh". Prior to my check out, she was joking with the bagger about the previous transaction, so I'm not sure why they had such poor attitudes. That threw me off and I will never go to this particular Kroger again.

I've gone here my whole life. Prices are usually decent, and getting points for gas is great. Overall the staff is generally helpful and the store usually has whatever I need!

Was at this location around 8pm on 8/2/23. How is it possible to have no cashiers working the registers? It was somewhat busy. The self checkouts were all backed up. Nobody really likes using them anyway especially if you have more than a few items. I did ask an employee were the cashiers were. The curt reply was she is on break. That's fine. Everybody should get a break. But come, on cover your registers. Also how long does it take to remodel your store? It's been in disarray for over a month. I'm glad a Publix is opening soon. I was irritated and decided to just leave my full cart and go elsewhere. You should probably just shut this store down alltogether.

Disheveled and dirty. So much of the things in the store are broken and/or worn out. The products are very disorganized on the shelves. This Kroger was/is quite astonishing, but in a bad connotation not good.

I have shopped at this Kroger's for over 25 years, it's always been busy and more so now then ever. However we do not shop here but maybe 2-3 times a year now, Kroger's has gotten to expensive and we can find better deals elsewhere.

The store is kept clean but they constantly move things on you. I feel like the store has outgrown it's space and needs more room. The bathrooms need to be remodeled. They are conveniently located, have a pharmacy and liquor store. You will find most anything you need.

I visit the Kroger Deli and Meat Department in Meadowthorpe quite often. Both areas have excellent staff members, all providing great customer service..Even when they're short- staffed, they do a great job. Both areas get an A+.

As an instacart shopper I put a great deal of effort into accommodating the employees and being as helpful as possible during the checkout process. I do try to avoid this location due to the more limited stock, and in general the vibe isn’t very pleasant. This morning I accepted an instacart order and was unfortunately forced to shop at this location specifically. Upon the checkout process I noticed the employee that had bagged the woman’s order in front of me just decided to walk away and go stand at the front customer service desk and begin a conversation with the two female employees that were standing up there. One who worked at the customer service desk, one who was supposed to be working the u-scan area and my bagger. The cashier didn’t verbally acknowledge my existence and just began scanning items. So I, trying to be helpful, began bagging my own groceries. Which was about 40 items and around 55 units of product. Not only was I forced to bag my entire order with no help from the cashier… while I still had about ten items left to bag, she nicely greets the elderly customer after me and begins scanning her items. While meanwhile I’m frantically bagging my own order, there are three capable employees behind me and one (the cashier) in front of me. The cashier just stared at me waiting to finish silently offering no assistance. I made a joke about how they may as well get me an apron and a name tag. My remark fell on deaf ears and at this point I was boiling with anger in discontent. Usually I would t be bothered to bag my own groceries, especially if it’s due to a lack of staff or it’s super busy. It’s another matter when there is four employees within arms reach of me that have nothing but conversation on their minds, I just have to ask why is this behavior allowed? Unfortunately I’d be lying if I said this was the first time this has happened.I’ve never left a negative review for any establishment, but it’s disheartening to be so clearly treated as if I don’t matter.

This location disappointed me. I figured since it is on one of the busiest roads and areas in Lexington, that it would be really nice. I couldn't find anything that I normally have no problems finding at other locations in the city. Very few organic options, the aisles were smaller, it was just not an enjoyable time. I wanted to give it a chance, but I won't be back to this Kroger again.
