To the lady stocking the new Pharmacy section tonight, you suck as a person and shouldn’t be in customer service.

It's a small store and do not carry many items, but that's ok. They do not carry my medicine and cannot order at their location. They allow their employees to smoke right out in front of the doors, unacceptable! I was in yesterday and as I walked out an employee blew smoke right on me! When I turned around and said excuse you, she looked at me and walked into the store. I would call, but it's worthless.

This Kroger produce section is not as good as previous posters described. Potatoes aren't kept stocked, cucumbers are very small and don't have a fresh appearance, green beans were sparse and limp looking and the overall to me is like a 6-7. I wish I had taken pics but I'm going to Regency Center instead today. It's been more than once I have experienced this....

Without a doubt the worst Kroger in Lexington. Impossible to go through the self-checkout (generally the only option) without some sort of snag and even if you're lucky enough to run and find an employee they are all special needs and/or ridiculously rude. The u-scan workers are always just hanging out talking to the similar IQ baggers while 6 people have frozen screens on the self-checkouts. Save yourself the agony and drive 3 extra minutes to Beaumont, where everything is 10/10.

If you go to multiple Krogers you will see drastic price change on some items. When looking at their seasonal clearance items the smaller Krogers usually discount first and the most to give room for the next seadonal merchandise. I have seen one Kroger be 70% off while the Kroger closest to me has the same merchandise 40% off.

Has ZERO team work or leadership!Arrived to receiving to deliver load. Was ringing doorbell, knocking on door and calling on store phone for over 30 min while was straight up ignored by multiple workers. Can hear them walking by and working in back but no reaction what's so ever. After 30 min went to front of the store door and was ringing bell there. Can see workers passing by and just ignoring you like you are not there. After some time, I went back to receiving to finally had someone open the door and take load. I dont think I ever saw anywhere such a "zombie" workers that don't see or hear anything farther than their personal space. Lucky for me, it was nice weather. If it was to rain or snow due to negligence and carelessness of Kroger workers, I would have been totally wet since Kroger has no covering at all by receiving doors.

One of my favorite Krogers in Lexington. Friendly staff, smaller store so it's easier to find everything

I think this may be one of the most impressive Krogers I’ve ever been to - stopped in on way to drag races in bowling green and two toy aisles lol

I purchased a cake and asked the worker to write on it. The worker wasn't even going to give a option of color for the writing The writing looked as if a preschooler wrote on it. That was the last cake they had of that kind. And the manager Stacy did NOTHING to resolve the issue. They followed me around the store about the cake. I was so upset that I started to cry. I asked the bakery work to please leave me alone and stop talking to me. She refused and continue to follow me even rubbing my back at one point as I was trying to leave the store. They gave me a free cake. I returned that cake because that wasn't the the cake my nephew wanted. I had to drive to another kroger which made me late for my nephew and niece graduation. Thx Kroger on Alexandra dr.

This store needs torn down and rebuilt. I see all these new Krogers going up in Ohio and these down here in Kentucky are neglected.

I went through self checkout to pay for beer. I asked the attendant to okay the purchase. He said he had to see my driver's license. I was caught off guard because no one had ever asked for my driver's, just my birthday.I said no look at me. I've been retired for years. He said he had to ask everyone. He had caught a couple of people in their sixties with expired licenses. I said what about the people who ride the bus. He said no no they were white. I SAID what did you say? Called the store manager over and told him. He would not address what his employee had said. Told me I had to comply and show my license. That guy should have been terminated right there. Manager only said they were following the law. God help us all.

I cannot believe Krogers has vegan food in different places in the store, it would be 80% better to have one aisle for vegan dry goods and one fridge for the cold food, Derrick was working in meat department and he gets 5 stars he helped me find vegan foods and he was helpful I could not have found what I needed if it wasn’t for him

Always a friendly staff every time I come here as well as A well-stocked and. The only thing I did not like was that this location does not stay open as late as some other locations. I also noticed on one visit that the restrooms were very clean and neat which I thought was a surprise as I have seen other locations that did not keep their bathrooms sanitary as I would hope. I would recommend this location!

Groceries generally well stocked, produce is ok, staff is hit or miss. Usually not to busy especially self checkout.

Rude workers. The manager fat shame a boy who was applying for work. Had helped signs wanted all over but because he was overweight they told him they wasn't hiring. I see lazy employees there, old ones that cant walk they even hire special needs but because my son was over weight they denied him
