Just want to give a shout out to the Richmond Rd Bakery. We ordered a cake for a birthday and they did a fantastic job! The cake was spot on and the decoration was perfect. Grandkid loved the cake!

I gave one star not because this Krogers is terrible but corporate is. We used a coupon to save us about 20$ and when I picked it up they removed the discount. When I contacted them they said it was subjected to change without any notice in other words they created a loophole for themselves if you save too much money.

Today, January 16, 2025, Heather in the Deli Department, went above and beyond as a Kroger Employee. A gentleman backed his truck into my vehicle twice and then moved to another spot. Damage was done to my vehicle. Heather took a pic of his license plate and then found me while shopping to share these photos with me. She even left a note on my vehicle window. These photos were sent to the officer who filed the hit and run. Not all heroes wear capes.

The Kroger on Richmond Road is a convenient neighborhood grocery store with ample free parking. This makes it easy for customers to visit without the hassle of finding a parking spot, especially during busy times.
The store itself is well-organized and clean, with a wide variety of products to choose from. The produce section is always fresh, and the meat and deli counters offer a good selection of quality items. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience more pleasant.

We just paid $175.00 for the turkey and ham dinner to feed 8-10, just so we didn't have to cook all day. Well, we ONLY got a 10 lb. turkey and maybe 2-3 lbs of ham, with a lot of fat on it. The rest of the meal was all packaged in PLASTIC containers! I hate that most of all. Why not aluminum? The green bean casserole was barely edible. The stuffing outright SUCKED and was VERY mushy! Stove top stuffing is MUCH better!! The sweet potato casserole had to be augmented to make it palatable. We will NEVER DO THIS AGAIN! What a waste of money! We still spent most of the day preparing or fixing this joke of a meal. What are they thinking?? They must think we have no taste and we are idiots! This is to the management of Kroger's!!

The man that worked on self checkout was extremely rude and had me so mad I was ready to fight... He shouldn't be aloud to talk to anyone like he did. I still be looking for you to do that again.

The lady that worked this morning is very racist. I see her almost every morning working the self checkout. This needs to be investigated ASAP- someone observe her and you will see she ONLY says thank you to her race and no one else’s. She’s a terrible customer service worker.

I absolutely love shopping at Kroger! It always provides a fantastic experience. However, I’m not particularly fond of the clothing section, especially since it’s located right at the front of the store. I find the furniture section much more appealing. Despite this, my affection for the store remains strong. While the prices can sometimes be on the higher side, they offer a much greater variety than Walmart. 👍

The night manager was wonderful and the lady Rebecca who kept me talking while he went and found my psycho cider liquid death. I greatly appreciate you. This is how a Kroger is supposed to be ran. Not like the one on Euclid.

Hours of operation are stunningly embarrassing.
Closing at 10 pm does not logistically allow for my business.

We seem to always complain when something is wrong, but never get on and say when things went well. Well today September 26th I received my groceries and not only did the person that did the shopping for my clicklist follow my instructions in my notes, but did a very good job. Give that person some praise. They deserve it. Thx

Terrible produce, especially the lettuce. Since when do you soak your veggies in water? By the time you have them two days in your fridge they are completely rotted. The same with the broccoli.
By the way, don’t buy ground beef at this location (Richmond Road in Lexington, Ky). It is nice and red in the outside but then you open the package and it is all brownish-grayish and smells vinegary. It is disgusting!

Dan, Matt and Jared at the Murray's Cheese shop are highly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. These folks need their own shop.
