Kroger needs to do better on their soft drink prices. I only do a fraction of my grocery shopping there.

Consistently leaves sales or special offer tags on after valid date. I have made customer service aware of this multiple times.

This is a great location to get everything you need. Prices are fair and selection is good. Have to give a shout-out to Jerry in the deli section. He made choosing the right meats and cheeses not only very easy, but made it fun as well. He was patient with our requests to have many different flavours and made some jokes to really show us a good time at the deli counter. Keep it up Jerry!

Like the staff, like the store..... but this store should be open 24/7. I understand hartland closing at night but this is a superstore, it should be able to afford 1 cashier operating 4 self serve registers for 6hrs.
UPDATE:I like Kroger's, I want to start by saying that. For a bit, I got a part time job at heartland Kroger's in the produce dept. COVID hit, and they came out with a policy that if you had COVID you got 2weeks off, paid!!!! I never got sick. My manager got sick twice, everybody in that store, managers and peons alike got sick. We had the big Dawgs coming in for an inspection. If course the store was in a frenzy. And, of course I start feeling like crap. It's the day before the inspection, I yell my manager I'm sick (which should have caused him to send me home and to get tested). I told him I could work that day to prepare, He suggested I work that day AND come in the next day for the inspection, as soon as they went through the produce dept, I could head out. I came in, feeling 10x worse that the day before. At the time I also had 3 paper routes in Hartland. Because I felt like crap I couldn't get done with the papers. So when I left, I had to get in the car and finish the routes. (My wife had mercy on me, she delivered them, all I had to do was sit in the other seat and point out which house gets what paper). Soon after I left, I got a call from my manager, that the store manager told him that if I didn't come in and finish my shift, I would be fired. So I went in. (Sidenote... All this is going on while my 20yr old cat was at deaths door..... Literally.... She died hours later). When I went in the truck had been there (if you don't know the produce department stock/prep area is kept pretty cool, plus a cooler and freezer). While I'm unloading, feeling horrible, cold and grieving for my cat that has no chance. I got angry and said to hell with this and impulsively quit. (Yes I know it was a mistake. I should have stayed or made them fire me..... Would have had an easy lawsuit.... Especially seeing as tests revealed me and my wife (also working at Kroger's) had COVID. It bugs the hell out of me that I could have went home the day before the inspection, but instead decided to stay to help out and be a team player. No good deed goes unpunished. There was another incident where I got to work, asked the assistant lead what she wanted me to do. She told me to stock the potato row. (There are about 10-12 different kinds of potatoes. Which means rotating, cleaning, vacuuming then stocking). We were both back in stock room cooler getting what we needed to take out to floor when the store assistant manager walked in. Tells me to start stocking tomatoes or bananas..... Something. Then he starts berating me for stocking the potatoes to start. Seeing as the assistant lead was about 10 ft away, I kept waiting for her to speak up and say, I told him to start there, seeing as I had been on the job for about a month, but never did. To this day he still doesn't know I was told to do that. (He's one of those young, ADHD/OCD guys that thinks he is all that, is everybody's best bud (if they kiss his but) and flirts with all the girls( even though he has a family at the house (I think).)) The Union Steward is so manager friendly, that anytime you take anything to her, all she does is argue for the management. We had a guy put in for assistant lead, he was the most senior in the dept. He was kinda young, a little wild but a fantastic worker. He put in for the position. Management started calling other stores, asking people to apply for the position. They called one store, the guy declined. They continued to call until he agreed to apply. When I told Union Steward about it, she said ,"so???"

The bathroom was the nastiest bathroom I’d ever stepped foot in. So stinky with pee everywhere. In both of them

Krogers has changed the U scan registers to demand an associate if you buy something like a donut, that could be of indeterminate quantity. My experience today was scanning my order donut first, because I have already experienced this issue. Immediately upon scanning the donut, an associate is summoned... I scan my entire order, having set the donut aside (to be counted by the associate). The associate is assisting another customer. The customer is taking an inordinate amount of time and attention... Another customer needs help. Im frustrated with the bullshit U scan option at this point. Finally, I grab associate. He resets the register so I can continue scanning. I put the donut in my bag, thinking for an instant that I paid for it, but notice I haven't. At this point, I feel completely justified stealing a .99 cent donut. Krogers has held me hostage over the damn thing for nearly 10 minutes. Another reason I loathe the U scam registers.

Another big re-arrange. Just about the time when you learn where everything can be found, they move it all. Sigh.

This is the amount of people they've scheduled for 6pm pickup ordered, waited in line for 40 minutes before getting my order only to be told they were "out of stock" of deli ham and turkey with no substitutions. Be for real, there's no turkey or ham in the whole entire kroger? i doubt it. Get it together.

Love the food, could really do without getting accosted by the spectrum folks every time I walk in. They are nice people and I get they are just trying to do a job but my god, I just want to go in for baby carrots, I hadn’t intended on needing to justify my decision making process for my internet provider. Why are you doing this to us, Kroger? Is spectrum unable to advertise like the rest of the business community? I promise I will never go in to your store in the hopes of purchasing a sports cable package. That would make me a lunatic. And I am of course a very sane person.

The self check out at Kroger is the worse. Just make items on the sale price and forget the stupid digital coupons.
But worse I walked into the liquor store they have with my son who is 21. He didn't realize his license expired last week, so I said to the woman I will buy it. She was I can't sell it to you your with him or something to that effect. The woman was on duty 720p Friday 3/22/24. This was the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Won't be buying liquor there anymore
